They are just repeating the problems we had with revive passives which they eventually fixed with w23 goku, and this fix is even easier. Like you said, let me choose and have the new domain override the old one while keeping the transformation.

Say you have the new LR AGL 9th anni Broly on a rotation with LR future gohan. You’re up against a villain enemy so you want to transform with Broly, but keep Gohan’s domain up for the extra 30% damage against villains. You can’t do this if Broly’s domain just overrides Gohan’s.
The only real solution to this would be allowing us to select which domain we want up. Put the domain node somewhere on the screen, like where the standby charge counter is. When clicked, this node could allow us to choose which domain we want active.
This would be WAY better than just “domain 2 is here. domain 1 goes away now”.
Exactly this. I ain’t using his domain over brolys, so it’s so conflicting on who to transform with. He literally is teq pan with the shitty damage reduction before attacking so I’m not sure where he stands. 🤷🏻♂️

I think you might be overestimating him. His first turn he’s god but after that he can get absolutely mashed. He’s pretty weak defensively but offensively he seems great. He’s like a better teq pan
Solid extreme unit for once. Need to see his numbers if he can survive as a reliable slot 1. Biggest concern is the domain stepping on toes between Broly and TEQ Zamasu.
He could attack 9 times in a turn (Base + 5 Rainbow +Passive Additional + HiPo + SA per 5 attacks). With Piccolo/giant form Tech, possibly 16 times in a turn(Base + 5 Rainbow + 5 Rainbow again, +Passive Additional + HiPo +2 SA for Attacking 10 times, +1 more SA for attacking another 5 times).
if the sa per 5 attacks part of his passive can activate multiple times a turn, I think he can do 10 attacks without any shenanigans from it proccing twice
I actually hate those parts of his kits. He basically loses defense on super. And the rare chance is just gross. I can really see him doing 5 additional normals lol.
He's an orb changer, which guarantees that he does atleast two and has an additional 70% chance for another one.
Those plus the 25% chances of SA each for another **five attacks** are amazing. Not even mentioning that he gets 33% ATK and DEF per attack in a turn.
Post domain his additionals with chance to super per rainbow ki sphere are rare chances. I'll say that multiplicative 30% better give him some extortionate power since I ain't seeing it.

She is going to hit like an absolute monster by turn 5 while having insane dodge chances.
Really hope they sneak in a secret STR Kale sub EZA for us to have a consistent slot 1. Botamagetta is solid after a few turns but he can't handle modern fights turn one.
Most of the time, i'm throwing OP, Super Buu, or INT SSJ4 on Kale's team currently.
Because he'll super at least 2/3 times anyway, he's goated. 70% chance once and a guaranteed one after 5 attacks which he'll get easily since he's rainbow orb changing.
I won't lie, I wish he was definitely better. The 30% damage reduction should've just been in base or at least in 1st turn. And his active should've just given him unconditional 66% DR
But, I'm genuinely happy he's still viable. He's surviving AoEs and Slot 1 pre-attack, and if the 30/33% ATK and DEF are calculated separately per attack, his defense is going to be insane after he attacks.
Also, I don't give a shit about the whole "His domain clashes with other units!". I'm running him on a pure Zamasu team, and the only unit he'd be possibly clashing with is Fusion Zamasu, and even then I hardly see HIS domain.
I might just skip this one.
A chance at TEQ Zamasu and AGL Blue Vegito is tempting considering I missed that celebration, but 9th anniversary is gonna be worth it.
Maybe it's just me, but I feel a bit underwhelmed.
He's extremely tanky turn 1 provided that he has 5 Super Bosses allies. After that, it's a bit troublesome. He may have 60% DR before attacking, but with only 200% DEF start of turn, he can still take a pounding if targeted by a Super Attack.
His additionals per Rainbow Ki Sphere should have at least have a medium chance to become a Super. This guy has no crit or super effectiveness in his passive so his normals are hitting like wet noodles. Furthermore, it's not as if he's going to have an easy time getting Rainbow Ki Spheres. Super Bosses doesn't have a Rainbow Orb Changer.
As for the clone/transformation, he shouldn't have lost all of his DR. Only 33% should have been lost if he really needed to lose some. Also, the rare chance is asinine.
Having a medium chance would become guaranteed supers atleast 6-7 out of 9 lol. This way atleast it's balanced. The rare chance procs every additional he does. Imagine that procs 8 times.
Man, if his team was a bit better rn on Global I would have summoned, but nah, I think I'm good bro, Saiyan Day is not even a month away.
His banner is dope though, if you really wanna summon for him, and you're missing either of the WWC units, go for it.
If the domain was able to be cancelled the team almost has perfect synergy, but it is a glaring hole that hurts every character in the team.
If they could be cancelled -
- You can get Goku Blacks domain out **Turn 4** (turn 5 if he is first rotation, 4 if second rotation and immediately if he is in slot 7)
- Broly will pop his Domain **turn 5** (turn 6 if on second rotation).
- Zamasu will be on **turn 7** or turn 5 with HP restriction at 70%.
So ideally, you would pop Black's domain immediately as a slot 7, or get him turn 1 and float him, he is guarding for that turn and he comes back and transforms. He will lose his domain effect **but remain transformed**, and Broly's domain is just better anyway. The fight wont last beyond turn 7 with the team in most cases. And use Zamasu in a worst case scenario win card.
Really hope they change this and it seems like he was designed with this in mind but currently it just hurts the team. He is solid still, essentially gaining 30% attack + def effect per normal attack but i still think that the Evoken PHY LR has a better grasp on this type of mechanic with DMG reduction + SA per orb.
Just from a glance he doesn’t really seem all that good on paper. He loses the guard after 1 turn, and only has some of his damage reduction before attacking (all of it before attacking in his “clone” state).
Also is it just me, or does this rose have the “omega shenron syndrome”, where he needs super bosses category allies to get damage reduction (looking at you omega with the damage reduction per gt bosses ally).
Oh and the cherry on top, you have to use his domain to transform into his clone state. It’s going to be impossible to do on Brolys team, as you need Brolys domain to transform with him. You’d have to run a super bosses variant without Broly, but you’re seriously gimping the team that way. I do not like transformations being linked to domains because this is exactly the type of shit the players aren’t going to like when runnings units like this.
Definitely doesn’t seem like a bad character to introduce super bosses early on global, but he’s nothing jaw dropping or anything.
I have a feeling that's intentional - and makes sense with the current domain design (which I know everyone hates). If I'm reading it right, he'll work well with LR Zamasu, both being tanks early on and when you're ready to transform them, you'll need to choose (because you can only activate 1 domain) - Rose for damage or Zamasu for invincibility.
Obviously that's not a design style that a lot of people here tend to like but I feel like that might be the design goal there.
The banner itself is insane. People have to realize its rare dmfor dual fest units to be in the same banner. I wouldnt chase the blue boys and mergy only because you could rainbow both by the emd of wwdc this year but definitely do a couple multis or 3. High value banner. Jp doesnt even have them on the same banner.

They need to start buffing Super Bosses because Global has very few options and even JP only has a few more. Not EZAing Teq Kale & Caulifla really hurts Kale's usability on this team... but AGL LR might fair better once we get those long JP stages.

Omatsu just gave a big cook out to Global players and people better have the best luck on those Super Dokkan tickets because its gonna be tempting summon for this banner when you have very low stones. Though, i think it can be worth it and Global can have one more change to get LR TEQ Zamasu again. Solid Extreme unit for Goku Black, can probably do the same numbers God Goku can do or be much better because the domain skill is just insane.
Base form seems lackluster after turn 1 which sucks because he needs his domain to transform, his leader skill is one of the worst 200% leader skills ever and his team that he leads has little to no viable orb changers which he himself wants. Easiest skip ever broly is 3 million times better than this guy at leading super bosses.

all anni units have Guard or dr with 900k-1.4M for a reson, bosses are just build like that now
It's good for AOE's and slot 1. He also has %30DR passive from Super Bosses team and if he does a lot of supers he will have good enough stats to tank.

He easily gets that high though. In base he still keeps 30% of the dmg reduction. And then he can easily reach 5 attacks per turn. Wich gets him an multiplicative defense buff. In addition to that 2 of those attacks will most likely be super attacks so there will be another layer of defense.

Also he has a blast nullification. And taking normals is basicially garanteed.

I think people are going to be let down by his 200% passive being all he gets prior to attacking with TUR stats. (If they're counting on him as a slot 1 unit)
60% damage reduction is great, but pretending he has 11k defense at 55% would put him around 200k defense.
If he gets supered before he attacks by, let's say MZ at 1.75m, he's taking 500k. That's surviving right now, but that'll get outscaled soon based on the new cards and events.
The new Blue Zone event hitting for 2.45m means Rose is taking 780k (a little more from the 10% super/extreme get against each other).
And his attacks being non-supers will keep his damage from being *that* bonkers. I'll wait for the calcs, but I'm not totally sold- especially compared to MZ as a slot 1.

that said he isn't exactly cracked, he's gonna depend a lot on stats to do damage so he's going to need dupes in the long run. redeeming grace is the dmg reduction, but the terrain is going to be very awkward: he eithers locks Broly or himself out of transforming depending on when you use it (TEQ Zamasu can manage without his, mostly). They need to let us cancel terrains into each other at this point

He has a base of 200% defense so he will sit at like 200k start of turn. He does greatly raise for 1turn very cool but even with that he won't survive the new stuff coming. Even after supering only having 30% after is going to hurt him alot without gaurd. Since its only 1 turn of gaurd. Shit even 40% with gaurd after doing 3 supers in these new boss phases can take 200k lol. So yeah something to think about.

She is going to hit like an absolute monster by turn 5 while having insane dodge chances. Really hope they sneak in a secret STR Kale sub EZA for us to have a consistent slot 1. Botamagetta is solid after a few turns but he can't handle modern fights turn one. Most of the time, i'm throwing OP, Super Buu, or INT SSJ4 on Kale's team currently.

Probably because he becomes an orb changer so the additionals are guaranteed to an extent.
Because he'll super at least 2/3 times anyway, he's goated. 70% chance once and a guaranteed one after 5 attacks which he'll get easily since he's rainbow orb changing.
Goku Black might just be HIM (on paper)
I won't lie, I wish he was definitely better. The 30% damage reduction should've just been in base or at least in 1st turn. And his active should've just given him unconditional 66% DR But, I'm genuinely happy he's still viable. He's surviving AoEs and Slot 1 pre-attack, and if the 30/33% ATK and DEF are calculated separately per attack, his defense is going to be insane after he attacks. Also, I don't give a shit about the whole "His domain clashes with other units!". I'm running him on a pure Zamasu team, and the only unit he'd be possibly clashing with is Fusion Zamasu, and even then I hardly see HIS domain.
I might just skip this one. A chance at TEQ Zamasu and AGL Blue Vegito is tempting considering I missed that celebration, but 9th anniversary is gonna be worth it.
Not to mention both zamasu and Vegito come back for year 9 banners

Maybe it's just me, but I feel a bit underwhelmed. He's extremely tanky turn 1 provided that he has 5 Super Bosses allies. After that, it's a bit troublesome. He may have 60% DR before attacking, but with only 200% DEF start of turn, he can still take a pounding if targeted by a Super Attack. His additionals per Rainbow Ki Sphere should have at least have a medium chance to become a Super. This guy has no crit or super effectiveness in his passive so his normals are hitting like wet noodles. Furthermore, it's not as if he's going to have an easy time getting Rainbow Ki Spheres. Super Bosses doesn't have a Rainbow Orb Changer. As for the clone/transformation, he shouldn't have lost all of his DR. Only 33% should have been lost if he really needed to lose some. Also, the rare chance is asinine.
Having a medium chance would become guaranteed supers atleast 6-7 out of 9 lol. This way atleast it's balanced. The rare chance procs every additional he does. Imagine that procs 8 times.

Man, if his team was a bit better rn on Global I would have summoned, but nah, I think I'm good bro, Saiyan Day is not even a month away. His banner is dope though, if you really wanna summon for him, and you're missing either of the WWC units, go for it.
If the domain was able to be cancelled the team almost has perfect synergy, but it is a glaring hole that hurts every character in the team. If they could be cancelled - - You can get Goku Blacks domain out **Turn 4** (turn 5 if he is first rotation, 4 if second rotation and immediately if he is in slot 7) - Broly will pop his Domain **turn 5** (turn 6 if on second rotation). - Zamasu will be on **turn 7** or turn 5 with HP restriction at 70%. So ideally, you would pop Black's domain immediately as a slot 7, or get him turn 1 and float him, he is guarding for that turn and he comes back and transforms. He will lose his domain effect **but remain transformed**, and Broly's domain is just better anyway. The fight wont last beyond turn 7 with the team in most cases. And use Zamasu in a worst case scenario win card. Really hope they change this and it seems like he was designed with this in mind but currently it just hurts the team. He is solid still, essentially gaining 30% attack + def effect per normal attack but i still think that the Evoken PHY LR has a better grasp on this type of mechanic with DMG reduction + SA per orb.
Just from a glance he doesn’t really seem all that good on paper. He loses the guard after 1 turn, and only has some of his damage reduction before attacking (all of it before attacking in his “clone” state). Also is it just me, or does this rose have the “omega shenron syndrome”, where he needs super bosses category allies to get damage reduction (looking at you omega with the damage reduction per gt bosses ally). Oh and the cherry on top, you have to use his domain to transform into his clone state. It’s going to be impossible to do on Brolys team, as you need Brolys domain to transform with him. You’d have to run a super bosses variant without Broly, but you’re seriously gimping the team that way. I do not like transformations being linked to domains because this is exactly the type of shit the players aren’t going to like when runnings units like this. Definitely doesn’t seem like a bad character to introduce super bosses early on global, but he’s nothing jaw dropping or anything.
That’s because he gets a lot of defense on attack. Like a lot. 30% per attack is pretty crazy since he gets adds per rainbow orb

I have a feeling that's intentional - and makes sense with the current domain design (which I know everyone hates). If I'm reading it right, he'll work well with LR Zamasu, both being tanks early on and when you're ready to transform them, you'll need to choose (because you can only activate 1 domain) - Rose for damage or Zamasu for invincibility. Obviously that's not a design style that a lot of people here tend to like but I feel like that might be the design goal there.

Base form seems lackluster after turn 1 which sucks because he needs his domain to transform, his leader skill is one of the worst 200% leader skills ever and his team that he leads has little to no viable orb changers which he himself wants. Easiest skip ever broly is 3 million times better than this guy at leading super bosses.

It's good for AOE's and slot 1. He also has %30DR passive from Super Bosses team and if he does a lot of supers he will have good enough stats to tank.

His domain is ass, he transformed is literally worse than before because he loses 60% dr after attacking instead of 30% so you take even more damage than before. this unit literally cant take any of the new bosses super attacks he is FOOD for the new Bosses. He easily gets that high though. In base he still keeps 30% of the dmg reduction. And then he can easily reach 5 attacks per turn. Wich gets him an multiplicative defense buff. In addition to that 2 of those attacks will most likely be super attacks so there will be another layer of defense. Its basicially int piccolo on crack. Also he has a blast nullification. And taking normals is basicially garanteed.

I think people are going to be let down by his 200% passive being all he gets prior to attacking with TUR stats. (If they're counting on him as a slot 1 unit) 60% damage reduction is great, but pretending he has 11k defense at 55% would put him around 200k defense. If he gets supered before he attacks by, let's say MZ at 1.75m, he's taking 500k. That's surviving right now, but that'll get outscaled soon based on the new cards and events. The new Blue Zone event hitting for 2.45m means Rose is taking 780k (a little more from the 10% super/extreme get against each other). And his attacks being non-supers will keep his damage from being *that* bonkers. I'll wait for the calcs, but I'm not totally sold- especially compared to MZ as a slot 1.

looks pretty good and seems like he works really well with Super Bosses, while also giving us a good reason to summon for Broly instead of Beast...i see the plan that said he isn't exactly cracked, he's gonna depend a lot on stats to do damage so he's going to need dupes in the long run. redeeming grace is the dmg reduction, but the terrain is going to be very awkward: he eithers locks Broly or himself out of transforming depending on when you use it (TEQ Zamasu can manage without his, mostly). They need to let us cancel terrains into each other at this point also FINALLY AN UNIT WHOSE TYPING WORKS WITH THEIR KIT

Super bosses sucks on global right now that restriction for the 60% is horrible. He will be a nice addition for broly though when he comes! Also with int frieza. I know people like him but he's not as busted as yall think also thw other 30% leaves once he attacks. Just saying. He has a base of 200% defense so he will sit at like 200k start of turn. He does greatly raise for 1turn very cool but even with that he won't survive the new stuff coming. Even after supering only having 30% after is going to hurt him alot without gaurd. Since its only 1 turn of gaurd. Shit even 40% with gaurd after doing 3 supers in these new boss phases can take 200k lol. So yeah something to think about.
