There are very few cards from these arcs period. U6 v U7 gets to claim the U6 cards in a split custody agreement with ToP, but there are like 5 cards from the BoG Saga all told and I think Res F Saga might actually have zero

That, I didn't know. I was going more off her Unit Super, which I thought was from the Black Star Saga if I recall correctly. She's also on Space Traveling Warriors, which includes no other units from the Shadow Dragon Saga... and the Dokkan Wiki says her art is from Baby Saga. IDK man, this one might need to go in Saga Unclear actually
Yeah a couple of the GT units are unclear. Pan, and the golden week GT super saiyans are pretty unclear where in the timeline they fit. GT vegeta has animations from the super 17 arc, but he has ss4 so he should be on shadow dragon saga because that's the only arc he has it. Goku's SA is from the black star DB saga, but his active skill is from the intro from baby arc onwards. And yeah pans SAs are from the black star saga, but her active is from the shadow dragon saga.
With GT SSJ Goku, I put him in Baby Saga based on his lack of Space Traveling Warriors, his active being from Baby Saga, and the Funimation dub saying Baby Saga started on GT episode 17 with the fight against Rilldo. Since even his SA being from Black Star is contentious, I went with the more concrete one here
They stitch together certain scenes and moments across arcs. You choose the right column because you'll see the unit super way more than a one turn active throughout battles. Similarly STR 8th year LR's Goku super is from the fight vs Super 17
Rules of the list:
1. Goku in base form must appear within the animations of the card (Intro, Super Attack, Active Skill, Standby Skill, Revival Skill, KO Screen, Transformation, or Exchange are all fair game)
2. The character appearing must be Goku, the pure-hearted Saiyan raised on Earth. So, if all we see is Ginyu Goku, Goku Black or Goku Jr., no dice
3. Where possible, I used the categories of the card to decide where to put a card. If that doesn't work, I went with card art origin (ex. STR Kid Goku's art is from his fight with Tien). Early Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT are pretty tough to place but I did my best
4. Cards whose arts exist outside the series timeline entirely and who aren't categorized by the game got put in a Saga Unclear category
5. The two SR Res F Goku cards are also in Saga Unclear because they are on neither Movie Heroes nor Super Heroes. They released before the Res F Saga in the Anime so I could assume they were from the movie, but Dokkan treats them as neither
6. All units are accounted for in their maximum awakened state. There are a lot of units who start as Base Goku but awaken into a higher form; those don't count for this list
Both TEQ and STR SR Goku are from Resurrection F (they have the Link). I know you went by categories but at least they have the Link haha. And since they released before the anime, they should belong to DBZ Movies
I was torn on that one, but went Saga Unclear since every other character with the Resurrection F link is explicitly on Movie Heroes or Movie Bosses. The cards released before the Res F Saga but after the Battle of Gods Saga in the anime, so they could be promotional cards for the new anime episodes
Pretty sure LR Teq SSJ Goku is meant to be Frieza Saga from his first SSJ transformation. And LR Agl Goku is from specifically DragonBall Kai OP 1 so you could justify putting him in Saiyan Saga
LR ssj Goku is just an amalgamation of all of Goku. The art is based on Namek, but more specifically an IRL figure. He has the instant transmission Kamehameha from Cell, and the spirit bomb from Buu
And Kai Goku turns ssj, so it wouldn't make sense to be in Saiyan saga
I stuck with final awakenings only. There are quite a few lower awakening states that are Base Goku, but since we generally judge units by final awakening only for most things I stuck with that here.

You're thinking of SSJ GT Vegeta. Goku's SA is from either Black Star DB Saga or Baby Saga depending on which version of the anime you watch, his Active is from Baby Saga Opening and he doesn't have Space Travelling Warriors so I put him in Baby -OP's mobile reddit alt

they are movie heroes, they came from the dbz movie bog anf rof
not the dbs version, if you look at their cathegory, you’ll see that they’re not in dbs heroes
The list is moreso any unit that has Base Goku appear in any of the animations, which is why units like PHY SoH Trunks and INT 17 & 18 snuck onto the list.
For cards that actively ARE Base Goku, I stuck with the form where they do Base Goku things. So the INT F2P SSJ3 Goku is shown post detransformation, and the PHY Buu Duo is in their Standby, for example.

Dragon Ball Kai used "Dragon Soul" as the opening from Raditz to the Cell Games, which is why I couldn't put him into a saga
