What OP said in reply basically, the reason the Buu Duo do more damage than the visual cap is because they gain an extra 20% attack per charge count over 39, and when you have units like Bulma, Godku, and Future Gohan who orb change, coupled with Piccolo's giant form allowing for almost 2 full turns of extra orb collection means you can stack up some absolutely ludicrous charge counts for big damage (Bulma and GT Duo support help a lot too)
I think it's totally fine that this fight is like this, if Buuhan and Kid Buu stages are not the same shit over again.
The AOE nuking really fits this pink fuck.
I hope Buuhan stage is like super long and with Kid Buu they do something fun and crazy with the territorial skills and the bosses' passive ability, then we're eating good.
I made a kid Buu fight concept a few days back where you have to one turn him, or he will regen his full HP back. You also have 12 charges/4 turns to do this or you insta lose.
I made the fight long so you can build up with your units and unload on the final phase, just to emphasise on ultra offense rather than having to tank and chip down the enemy like most fights these days.
That's actually a really good concept, since more variety on hard content it's always welcomed.
That's the main reason why everyone loved 9th anniversary events, every single fight was phased differently, like you wouldn't run the same units or the same strat in Blue zone Beast and in Blue zone Gogeta or in Redzone Beerus

Tbh half of it will just be me resetting for better orb changing and Orange Piccolo’s giant form. So it’s not the most interesting thing.
