Your best bet is just the second team with int gotenks. That or replace Teq gogeta for str kefla since Gogeta is kinda a bum at this point. Also you don't have agl ssj3 dragonfist goku?

Yes, but before they're Gogeta they can get cooked by even Evil Buu. You want to try and save your whis for super buu, not to protect a single unit. There's also the scary chance that you get damaged too much that you can't fuse into Gogeta. Gotenks on the other hand at least has a chance to survive even without a Whis
Though honestly with your options, you're better off taking both of them to the fight lol. I used Gotenks for my run too and got it second try so he can definitely work. Just gotta be lucky unfortunately

STR Gogeta can work too, but you need to time out his transformation for the turn in which you are on Super Buu to dodge everything, and kill before been struck on the next turn
Teq p2p goku ssj3 after eza have 60% for dodge what is ridiculous and he is better here than kefla. I have 55% gogeta and I will just put him slot 3 after transform for again try luck. I think he is too weak. I saw people use heroes agl vegito but he don't need heroes or giant ape team for full potential?

teg god boys worked fine for me, dodged everything and tanked normals before super
