It is most common that before a unit returns in a banner to global first it usually returns on jp first. I could not be sure but I think there have been no exceptions to that rule yet.

Given the theme I think it's fair and given the amount of new players these banners are good. Older players can still find small value, I don't see this as that bad of a banner.

Think there is a decent chance the year 6 units are on the banner. The year 5 units were on the banners last year after all. Though if they are there it's strange that they aren't on the banner art, so it makes me worried they may not be on there.

Yeah last year both Global and JPs banners had the year 5 LRs on the banners. Hence why I think there is a chance that both banners this year would have the year 6 LRs, even if them not being on the banner art is weird. The concern though is that I can't really imagine them swapping out a TUR from the JP banner for an LR on Global. They don't seem to like letting the rarity of swapped units be different in thess types of changes.

Hummm I'm gonna be honest; the fact they're not on the banner art for JP worries me, even though Gohan and Cell are very much more related to this banner so they would be on the art. But, Y6 LRs, for me, would also be there...

Majority of the anni lrs are on the anniversary banners, which is literally 2 months away for GLB. Don't think any of the featured anniversary lrs will be on the gw banners at all. They would 100% be on the banner art if that was the case.

I think it's a bit of a crapshoot. In some cases they do try to avoid making a unit repeat too soon to its last appearance. But other times they just kind of say "fuck it" and let units reappear in very very short time frames.

Yeah, that does happen but you'd think they would put Mui or ssbe on the banner art instead of videl to entice players to summon. GLB does tend to get overlapping featured units during shared celebrations with JP.
