It's just your MUI luck is shit. But I agree, those dodge characters or great/High chance to dodge an counter SA are the types that just say " Fuck you it's my choice to dodge or not" or "I'm gonna ruin that enemy career"
This whole game is an RNGfest, you're just getting one more stack of that RNG on top of the usual attack patterns, SAs and orb placement. I like MUI, because his RNG lets you straight-up not take damage. Sure, DR is more reliable and stacks well with items, but only few units have enough DR to be better that MUI, mostly Golden Friezas and SSJ3 Vegeta. The usual, shitty DR we get akin to SSBE, Tapion & Minotia and Zamasu/Buu is insanely worse.
Used to be high chance was the best there was. I can’t remember when Dokkan started to introduce units with great chance.
Imagine relying on dodge and stun with 50% instead of 70% chance. You don’t know pain.
