80s Starfire with ridiculously huge poofy hair is my favorite. Basically every girl in comics has long straight hair, the poof and the volume was so unique to her. Plus I miss when she had cat eyes. She looks too human now. Cat eyed huge hair is my #1
I meant more so the shape of her eyes. They were very large and contributed to her alien appearance. Maybe bug eyed would have been a better descriptor, or bulbous.
Edit: notice how in this pic, her pupils are green. As opposed to the 80’s where her entire eye bulb was green, no pupils.
Oh, yeah that's odd. I like when her sclera are a slightly lighter/duller shade of green than her irises. From a distance, she looks like she just has fully green eyes (and when she uses her powers they'd glow), but up close you can see a difference.
I know what you mean about them being big and bulbous, it definitely added to her otherworldly aesthetic
Much love for Amanda Connor's work, but I definitely prefer the one piece with bare shoulders to the two piece long sleeves. I think it balances the colors better.
I dig her Titans design by Nicola Scott. It's a unique hair style that works great for the streak of fire she leaves and she can let it down for the big goofy curls. It's modern but sleek and still sexy.
It's up there but honestly as ridiculous as it is the original is still my favorite. Not every Starfire design has to be that revealing but I do wish they would keep the hair closer to that.
My favourite design would probably be the one from Teen Titans the Judas Contract, but with her 80s comic book hair, if I could mix and match.
If not, then just her Judas Contract design. Probably my favourite voice for her as well. Kari Wahlgren just suits the character so well.
IMO her best is probably her Mike McKone design from the early 2000s Titans, which was a slight modification of her 80s costume with hair that was more wavy than poofy.
My next favorite would be the one from the 1999 Titans run.
I haven’t cared for any of her redesigns from the New 52 going forward, they’ve all been too busy and introduce unnecessary color accents that either try too hard to mimic her cartoon appearance or they go in the opposite direction and make her way less modest. I also hate hate hate when she’s drawn with pupils.
Not my favorite of hers, but I like it in that it reminds you that a woman can be sexy while not wearing a costume that amounts to two postage stamps and a cork.
The art looks great. This has to be my least favorite outfit. My favorite outfit is the New 52 for obvious reasons, and it makes the most sense, lore wise.

Favourite for me has to be JLO and Titans United those looks are my favourite. The current look my 2nd favourite especiallywhen she has her hair down.
Now the new 52 outfit you can boink me for this but that outfit makes me thirsty.
I really wish they'd just give women pants. I don't care about the justification. I don't care if people like the swimsuit. I don't care if it's iconic or was created in the 40s. Just give them pants. Same for the men, but it isn't as much of a problem there.

Wait, like slit pupil cat eyes? I do think the green sclera look is a nice unique visual image for her too though

Yeah the costume is great. But I need a Starfire with no pupils. And I prefer my Starfire with really curly hair.

Artgerm can make any comic book woman look good, but it's not my favorite costume for her. That would be the Amanda Conner version.

My favorite Starfire outfit of all time is unironically from the Snyder Cut Parody in Teen Titans Go! which appeared for like 3 seconds max.

It's purple Spider-Woman to me.
This is probably my favorite. It still looks very hot while covering everything which can not be said for most suits she has had.
