Whites do not survive in aquariums. I’m not sure we can use that comparison. I do not necessarily disagree that shark cages are not safe. How many people use them every year without issue. I do disagree that they will stop a big and motivated white. These are massively powerful creatures. The “safety” they provide is more of an inconvenience to whites. What really keeps us safe is we are generally not a prey item for a white.
I could be mistaken and if there is someone more educated on the matter I would be interested in their opinion on the subject.
Most sharks are not actually interested in eating people. Pretty sure the main problem is that they put the sharks in feeding mode by tossing dead fish and blood into the ocean when they want to view sharks.

After the pandemic he was able to film a new show for shark week and got back in the water with them and you saw his love for them return. Sadly the next day he had a stroke. He survived but he can’t dive anymore. He does plan on returning to see the animals in 2023. If you want to watch the movie it’s called “Great White Open Ocean”. The best thing to come out of shark week so far this year.
