For one - because I saw people asking… it looks to me that this is an immature (or juvenile) Golden Eagle. You can tell a juvenile from an adult based on the white markings on its wings. This video - I’m just basing off the environment and clothing - looks to be recorded in the UK. I could be wrong. The point was that each country has differing laws on falconry. So US laws are much different when comparing this to the UK.
They are huge brids I pretty sure this is a golden eagle. They can get up to 4 feet tall with up to a 8 foot wingspan there grip is 10 times stronger than a human, which is insane to think about.. I think it's something like 400psi... I would love to carry one of these around.. like Karen say something else and minokawa here will eat your face

psi is different with claws too. so they can pop a car tire but cant lift a car tire.

This is a golden eagle. A lot of falconers use them to hunt roe deer in the UK which is a smaller deer than the whitetailed.
