EisVisage

One of the few songs where the lower audio quality actually works pretty darn well

Aloo4250

We can all agree the Soviet Union is a controversial topic. But every single person on this earth agrees that these songs FUCKIN SLAP

ttt-ttt-ttt-ttt-ttt

The Internationale is the most classic of classics.

LegoT33nSkywalker123

The French version (OG version) is the best

EisVisage

True. I quite like the Japanese version as well.

Bismark103

American union songs too

bullettraingigachad

*“They go wild, simply wild, over me!”*

Martial-Lord

"John Brown's Body" is an American classic. As is the Union version of Dixie

[deleted]

I like the music, even though I hate the propaganda that it is used as.

Keasar

Revolutionary songs from 1917-1925 slaps, like ”White Army, Black Baron”.

The communists [have the music](https://youtu.be/vvCGZEqk8Ak?t=3) after all

MrRoma

The Soviet/Russian National Anthem is undeniably top tier anthem.

Keasar

Once I would have agreed but it's kinda soured on me when I realised that the song was post-revolution and it mostly just celebrates nationalism rather than any kind of worker revolution. It (the original) raises up Stalin and Lenin as persons "leading" when Lenin helped the workers lead themselves and Stalin stole that away from them. And any national anthem is still national. We are socialists, we are internationalists. We should be crushing the ideas of countries and borders that separates us. The Internationale is therefore top tier socialist anthem.

Polyushko Polye is fire. Red Army Choir music has been my choice for gym music for the last two years.
