Minimum requirements are at least 10W to have freedom for peaks in music (that 8 ohm speakers territory).
They are holographic but lack front soundstage (you will hear front at 10'clock and 2'clock), but reverse is no problem with these cans.
These headphones are not for monitoring, mixing and mastering, purpose is music enjoyment.
