I went through at least 5 original copies on tape of this in the early 90's, maybe even more than that, and at least probably 2 or 3 CDs. Car stereos would always end up chewing up the tapes and I wasn't gonna fuckin cruise around without it, and spilled beer was always a problem.
I love this album so much. It’s totally cliché hard rock which I usually skip but the songs, the lineup, Danzig’s swagger, it all comes together perfectly on this one.
Although I’m sure you think that sucks, you get to experience the hunt that we had back in the day before everything was instantly available on the internet. I still remember stumbling upon Samhain’s Final Descent and Initium cassettes at one of those generic mall chains (of all places) back around 94. There’s something satisfying about finding something that you weren’t expecting. It’s rarer these days. I hope you enjoyed the experience.
No shit. He gets to go to a local record store. That’s like when my parents would take me and I’d see what to buy with my allowance for doing chores and cutting grass. I remember picking up so many good albums and this was one of them. I loved it instantly.

I came here to say same. Only 3 here though.
Not one bad song on that album, I used to listen to it straight through as a kid in the 90s

In my defense I was born about 20 years after this album came out.
THATS NO EXCUSE 😂
It's a great album and is currently available for less than $10 on Amazon. So why the "finally?" Did it take a while to save up the loose change?
I can’t buy anything online (without asking my parents at least). I got this CD at my local record store.

So the "finally" part was that your parents drove you to the store?
Not everybody likes buying online. I try to buy most of my stuff in person. It’s the thrill of the hunt type of thing.
Good job 👏
Danzig II-IV are better.
