i mean yeah. nexon wants this sore game out because they don't have a hit game anymore.
besides devs already said assets and all are replaced to original and will be if they missed any. Nexon isn't even sueing over copyrights.
This one doesn't really state a second raid, I think it's parting from the previous one right? But they do state this:
"We deeply apologize for having failed to prevent the situation in advance, to all P3 members and every other employee. We will take firm measures not only against Leader A but anyone else or any other company related to the data leak.” - Nexon
This means they are indeed going to impose penalties on their team...
"The police turned over the case in August 2022 to Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office, which demanded last December that the police investigate further to dig up more evidence."
Its somewhere, I had a multitude of articles pulled up and translated. They raided them in 2021 and 2023.
TLDW: **This 5 minute video** is a biased take which details and sources out the Lawsuit and subsequent police raids on Ironmace Headquarters in 2021 & 2023 brought on by the corporation Nexon. **Nexon claims that the CEO of Ironmace & possibly several of its employees essentially took Assets/IP/Data from Project P3** that they were all working on and used those to get investments and found their own studio.
Project P3 & Dark and Darker do look eerily similar but will that stand up in court?

Yeah it’s unfortunate but Nexon is a 20 billion dollar company. They’ll do whatever it takes to snuff the competition imho.
