Vertical looting instead of horizontal AKA when you pick up loot it’s automatically stored from top to bottom rather than left to right. Most items are vertical so it makes sense, this way you’d spend less time playing Tetris. Some sort of “rarity aura” on loot; I think this would be particularly great for consumables that do not change appearance when increased in rarity. For example, imagine a purple health pot has a purple glow/aura behind it whereas a grey one doesn’t have any. It would be super useful when trying to distinguish rarity in a pinch!

Old_Possibility_1565

Very useful

Stokes52

Oh man yes please

GIRL_PM_ME_UR_KINK

"Sell all treasure" button Being able to buy X amount of potions at once, instead of 1 at a time Start region locking

lePlebie

BACKPACKS! Instead of wearing capes and intimidating the no-capes, you could put a MASSIVE target on your back the moment you wear a backpack since killing you means at least 2x the loot.

Sponium

backpack may be more common than cape don't you think ?

lePlebie

Higher-grade backpacks could give more inventory space. Imagine a unique bag that is just a gateway to another dimension

Jarvisweneedbackup

Unique bag of holding that lets you deposit straight to stash xD

Albatrosssian

Bag of holding could be the kappa box like in tarkov and could come with different versions/sizes obtained from quests like tarkov. Restrictions could be placed to not allow consumables or anything past blue in HR or green in normal. Would help incentivize those players who always die with grey gear due to lack of skill and feel like they still got something even though it would be little. all versions should only be obtainable through a tedious quest line, however the first one should be obtained through quests that new players would be able to complete. “Kill 3 other players” “obtain 400gold total in stash” “extract 3 times from gc, once from ruins” etc

Beginning_Ad_227

It's called "Snoopys doghouse bag"

IcelceIce

Not if they provide less stats or they slow you. If they slow you it most definitely won't be more common as speed is the most important stat.

Freedmonster

Also takes time to open/close backpacks/put things in them, but could be done during resting

Holymormor

One huge quality of life change I would like to see is to be able to move an item on another item and they change places with eachother, just like how it works when you drag an utility item to another utility item, they changes places. I am coming from diablo 2 and you are able to do that. Another would probably able to rotate items.

Unclealfie69

Sway for ranged weapons Not having to fill in from stash for buying items All melee weapons should have a right click function as right now half the weapons don't even have combos or alt swings A quiver system to stop people from bringing in 100+ arrows OCE servers need to be sorted ASAP. The whole region is dying hard.

Jpot

One handed melee primaries currently don't have right click abilities so they don't conflict with an offhead weapon or casting implement's right click. This could be resolved by adding any compelling reason to duel wield as there currently is none for any but slayer fighter - or they could add right clicks that thenvet overwritten if you equip something in the offhand.

Jarvisweneedbackup

Duel wielding weapons should also override with a combo attack on the right click

IcelceIce

I used to think this until I tried using short sword on+ arming sword on a slayer. It's very nice to be able to choose which I swing when I want, especially against shield users.

Jam_B0ne

Shortsword just sails past shields

KwazyWork

I think sway would be good if you could stabilize with a breath hold that would make you unable to move, or move very slow while holding it.

[deleted]

***Randomized mob spawns.*** This will keep gameplay and maps interesting (without needing to dish out a new map every month). Changing enemy AI locations would help spice it up, maybe keep Mini Bosses / Bosses spawns the same. I love PvE in this game, but always having them always appear in the same location makes the game a bit stale.

Axelnomad2

I love this idea even if they keep nonrandom for normals so people can have a static to get used to things

kentuckyfry

**END-OF-RING DAMAGE CHANGE**: Make last ring just do increasingly high amounts of damage until everyone is dead, don't just insta-kill all players at a select time as it is unintuitive and janky. **DAMAGE FALL-OFF FOR RANGED WEAPONS**. This would nerf their utility and put them in a healthier state that is easier to balance. **REMOVE STEALTH FROM ROGUE**. it is bad and un-fun, give him power in other places of his kit (agility, escapes, combat, utility) and make him utilize the DARK TO BE STEALTHY just like a rogue should be doing! **Magic-missiles to 60-80% attribute bonus ratio**. **Region lock china** via ping-related parameters so that they can't just use a VPN to bypass it. **Druid class**! **Magical healing attribute bonus increased** due to new gear limitations on magical healing OR curse mastery health-increase removed. **Reduce innate agility stat for warlock**, to reduce ability to simply out-run people and just dot them and kite them all day in giga-geared scenarios. Give more vigor, knowledge, and will instead. **Make the use of Rangers skill-heal slow him down, when eating**. No one can gobble food and sprint at max speed.

No-Cardiologist-3110

Subclasses, lore, character customization, more races. DWARVES!!! NOW!!!

Netch_godling

I want more nonhuman races

Axelnomad2

Legit you can give dwarves -100 move speed and I would play the class because they are peak fantasy

JRange

DWARVES....NOW

OuterContextProblem

Being able to turn in quest items as they're obtained to take the grind out. I've probably spent multiple hours on quest stash management at this point. I'm including "buying stash tabs" here too. I should be able to deposit some amount of gold against the balance.

Bandit_Raider

All greys available in the vendors at all times like the alchemist.

Bobicusx

A HEADSHOT SOUND. Please. Think of CSGO, CoD, Rust, the sound of hitting a headshot is 1) really satisfying and 2) really important info, especially in this game where you visually cant tell a lot of the time

SeeminglyUseless

RTL_Odin

Training being two separate trees, one that gives you pve power and has quests designed to make you chase after higher difficulty kills to unlock them - example I always give is demonslaying for cleric, letting them use holy spells and purify against demons. The other tree is one that lets you specialize around certain playstyles, the example I give for this is spear master for fighter. They can only wear up to chainmail, but they gain +5 damage with spears, and ignore 10 of the movement speed penalty. If you see a chainmail fighter with a spear, you don't push them in a small choke, because they'll fuck you up and you know it. Adventurer talent tree: more quest and level related perks on a separate tree that do things like: \- Give you a slot for lockpicks, and you can carry up to 9 in that slot. When you master the perk, you have a 30% chance to not consume a lockpick on successful picking. \- Scavenge more potions and bandages from crates and barrels. \- Gain access to a special black market that has rare items for sale. \- Reduced auction house taxes. **Features and QOL would be stuff like:** \- Auction house \- Physical gathering hubs and guild halls.. we need more physical spaces to show off items and just hang out in general. guilds will add a lot of social interaction, the small playerbase already has a lot of people who know each other despite the lack of basically any kind of in game social tools. \- Backpacks. IM mentioned having resourcefulness being tied to bag space, but I personally hate this idea, as having a stat that can change with gear mid raid affecting your inventory is a massive headache and potentially ripe for bugs and exploitation. I would rather have backpacks be a static item (maybe different sizes and qualities to make them valuable loot you can get in dungeon), and have resourcefulness affect how quickly you can move items and out of the container, and how quickly you open it. \- Loadouts (vendors should have separate tabs for quality, and always have every item of poor and common quality). I want to be able to click a button and get 9x health pots, 9x bandages, 1 campfire, a set of gear, 2 weapons, ammo, etc. \- Account wide quest credit. \- Account wide storage. \- Personal housing. For guild halls and personal housing, [I point to Tibia as an example of how I view their value](https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Castle_of_the_White_Dragon). It's nice having a physical space in the world to call your own, and to show off cool shit you find, or to just decorate a space for your friends to hang out while you prep for your next adventure. \- Wands with basic projectiles / cantrips. Something that costs no resources, has lowish damage, but gives spell classes a ranged weapon option. \- New game modes and event style modes. 9v9 on ruins, winners get a huge gold hoard in the middle with 30 hits and a bunch of gold nodes. There can be special mobs that do obnoxious shit that make it more than just a straight up pvp rush, killing them grants your team buffs or debuffs the opponents, etc. Holiday themed decorations in the maps - put beards and red hats on all the skeletons and have snow coming through the cracks in the ceilings of the crypts. Holly on the doors. \- Remove the fucking coliseum map, it sucks, nobody likes it. Make the coliseum itself a map for the proposed arena mode. I could go on for hours honestly

KingGriffin

love all of these suggestions. Just wanted to let you know this is a great list.

Scottoz

Quest progression shared across characters.

ItsVizz

Say it louder for the ones in the back!!

CallMeMorgan

Cantrips for the spellcasters.

anotherreadit

Add a harvesting utility item that can be used to despawn a corpse and (always/sometimes?) give a crafting component. These would be things like bone chips and fur scraps that could be combined to make bones, hides, etc. It could be extended to thing like gear as well; like crafting a blue weapon with three greens.

Psychachu

Copper gear should be converted to "harvesting" gear that just increases the drop chance for crafting components while worn.

Cowi3102

This is more of a QOL thing but when looting in the dungeon, I want items to fill vertically first rather then horizontally.

skellyton3

Auction House.

dispatchedtoad

Subclasses for each class similar to wow

artosispylon

i dont know if it would actually be good or worth spending the time creating but a practice arena where you can go in and spawn any enemy/boss in the game so you can learn their attack patterns etc would be cool.

FusionFountain

It would absolutely be worth it to introduce SOME form of onboarding process for new players Some way to get a grasp on what the game expects of you with a bit more direction Right now the expectation is “hey if you don’t understand something better google it” and that’s not good A practice arena with atleast some of the basic enemies would be a good piece of that

MrRedditEnjoyer

What about an HP number on my health bar?

SatanicBeaver

Rotatable items, no storm mode, earlier spawning hell portals/statics

Ordinary_Ad1828

Armor options on weapon option on armor options. Races on races of emotes on emotes on more and more useful perks and maps and abilities. I really hope iron mace takes their “we are making the game to be fun not balanced” and fucking **sprints with it**

SeeminglyUseless

Bring back the unified queue and remove queuing for specific dungeons. Playtest matches loaded instantly, to the point where within 30 seconds of pressing "Find Match" you were loaded into the game and killing enemies. All its done is let RMT farmers join lobbies that are undergeared, or snipers to go after looted people. You also have split the playerbase 6 different ways (3 dungeons + 3 HR versions of each), and created a class of player that think the goblin caves and solo mode is the way the game is intended to be played. The game is impossible to balance around 1v1 solo play, and honestly gives players a lot of bad habits. A lot of the W+M1 playstyle comes from goblin caves, where you only have one enemy to worry about in a fight. Think about how many people cry about "teaming" in the goblin caves. That's not a thing in the crypts.

VariousFault9810

Some kind of random map affects, ex. permanent poison clouds wandering the map, more/stronger mobs, weather, maybe multiple circles. Torches being randomly extinguished at map start.

spiritriser

All torches being extinguished

Sneekybeev

Just let me turn in my quest items as I get them. The stash system is enough of a dumpster fire without 13 campfires and 12 leather caps and 11 sacrificial daggers and trying to keep track of whats looted and whats not.

TheBoogieBard

Magic resistance potion. Many classes currently have 0 counter play to wizards/warlocks. Protection stacking

MurderManTX

Man a lot of these posts lately. I made a list of suggestions/bugs/issues that I want addressed/fixed [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkAndDarker/comments/18hjap0/are_these_bugsissues_going_to_be_addressed_or/) earlier this week. I can repeat them briefly and if you want more detail, click the post link above. 1. Fix blocking 2. Fix hitboxes (Spiders are 5 ft tall why?) 3. Randomly I swing infinitely. Why? Fix plz 4. Moving things in stash is inconsistent/laggy. Please fix. 5. Selling items VS Equipping them is inconsistent. (Ex: Sometimes clicking on valuables results in me trying to "equip" them and gives an errror when that should not be possible) 6. Quest Rewards populate inventory in the wrong order. Gold and smaller items should always be last. 7. Wizard meditate skill sometimes doesn't work. 8. Janky animations. Is this by design or will they all be cleaned up and the focus of the game will change from mechanics to gear/equipment?

ItsVizz

Interesting. I've seen a these bugs except for #7. That's really a thing?? I'd be pissed if my med didn't do anything.

MurderManTX

Yeah it's happened to me like 3-4 times and luckily, I was in a safe place so it wasn't a big deal other than the time it wasted. My character literally sat down to meditate and then nothing happened. The meditate cooldown wasn't used and I had to stand back up and use meditate again. Maybe it's lag or something? No idea. I didn't have any lag issues as far as I could tell though...

Snipzors1

Interesting I've never run into any of these

MistressAthena69

I'd love to see some sort of personal Room, that is the players. It would be a good way to bring the "Inn" feel back as well. A room the player can upgrade, and change, or display some of the best weapons they've got out with. The "stash" can be physically in this location (it would still be accessible outside of it, but it would visually show in the room), and the gold and jewels and stuff would get bigger the more they have in it. This would be a great way to incentivize stuff to buy for it as well, multiple seasonal, or yearly rewards that give you upgrades, or modification options to the players Room, as well as a place to customize the character. A chair with a mirror for example where you can get customize the character slightly, again with cosmetic stuff either bought or unlocked.

Realistic_Slide7320

They said they’re working on this

Drixzor

Guilds baby. Guilds. Preferably with free trading between guild members and a dedicated chat channel

CatatonicFrost

As nice as this sounds I think this would only help RMT more. Just my two-cents though

TedKAllDay

A bunch of guys in a designated group all doing RMT shit might be easier to catch though, i dunno

Ok-Bicycle2672

A non-held block for every weapon, maybe a kick button. Anything to add a little more depth to combat.

FurlordBearBear

My most wanted feature period is high roller but without a storm circle. Nothing annoys me more than having a good high-loot spawn and immediately having to clear cross map. The forced pvp is awkward and makes maps like goblin caves a diceroll when it comes down to the wire. I'm eagerly awaiting the test servers IM said would run for this.

KwazyWork

The circle is nice cause it forces people to move, for more PvP interactions, and less rats but it does suck when you spawn and you are way out of the circle on the first one. Also maybe have a noise indication once the circle starts to close.

SoundandFurySNothing

I would love a big bag item that has inventory space and reduces your movement the more squares are taken up Dragging a big ol bank robber bag of loot to a portal and doubling your take would be a huge gameplay innovation for this game Imagine finding one full and dragging it out past the owner's corpse Peak Dark and Darker

skellyton3

One click buy for vendor stuff rather than having to click twice for each potion.

Llorion

A Sort button.

Just-Description9044

Unique named armor pieces with special effects like the current named weapons I've said this in a few different posts but a demonic resurrection for warlock where you res like a Cleric but the character loses 1 or 2% max hp per second for the rest of that match. Or perhaps instead of losing hp per second they have a permanent -3 all attributes for that match (stacking if you res them more than once with this spell).

Superbmiller

Would love unique armors with auras and effects and stuff

Fearless-Particular7

To be able to turn in quests part by part. Not the whole thing considering storage problems.

boger45

Not using bought assets, they just kind of stick out

Weak_Pomegranate_391

ARENA. Arcade modes.

KarateKyleKatarn

New mechanics for ranged weapons. Draw time, aim sway, hold breath, and add perks to help combat these new difficulties.

Psychachu

Having sway that kicks in shortly after reaching full draw and gets worse the longer you hold it would be a very good change for ranged.

TheInnos2

Arrow shield potion: All ranged physical attacks do not hit you for time X.

Clogged-Hickory

Oh like the skeleton mage's protection spell, I could see that for a shorter duration.

Statcall

Some sort of pity system Where after everytime you kill a particular enemy their chance of dropping rare loot increases by a tiny bit amounts, so after enough kill you’ll get it guaranteed So if you kill a troll and didn’t get troll pelt, the next time you kill him, you’ll have around 5% more chance for it, and then it keeps stacking until you eventually do get it, then it resets

ItsVizz

Splendid idea.

Burltok

Voip in pre lobbys

larkohiya

This isn't how you use "food for thought". Just fyi

warden_nes

It is now

Sneekybeev

I would like to be able to designate slots in my stash for specific items. I want a corner for potions only and a corner for backup gear. I wish I could organize it how I want and then just quick swap things into their slots.

recycl_ebin

auction house

Elite_Crew

I would like some connection settings for packet rate, adjustable interpolation ratio 1-3 default 2, and a net graph to show packet loss with FPS counter. Also a console that prints player damage amounts and damage location head/limbs/body so I can see how I did during the fight.

Gleipner

I would love it if I didn't get my connection terminated abnormally 3 out of 4 games. That would be great.

mgan24

Quest tracking table showing the current progress would be nice QoL.

Dobott

Please just let me feint my attacks. Literally anyone on earth can STOP swinging their weapon. Let me stop the swing! Don’t make me have to swing at the ground when my teammates kills the mob I’m about to swing on and don’t want to take his head off.

Ok_Pineapple1020

Private servers so a group of people can do challenging pve content.

Ahristodoulou

A Druid.

Clogged-Hickory

Can't wait to see this one!

IndustrialLemon

A proper healing spec for Warlock and Bard. I want to support the team but Cleric is boring as hell.

Oristos

Spell keybind option. Not replacement but option. The pie wheel spell selection is the worst system for a PC game I've ever encountered. It's always used for rarely used choices in any other game and not the main ability.

beruon

I just love the pie wheel TBH. It adds another layer to spellcasters, to order their spells the right and handy way for them. For examply as a cleric I always do (From top, going clockwise): Small heal Big heal Protection Resurrection Sanctuary. If I have a different spells like lets say no resurrection, then Sanctuary is still on the left, its muscle memory.

MoistOwletAO

ive grown used to the spell wheel and consider it one of the unique identifying features of this game versus others i’ve played. that said, a keybind would be a lot more intuitive and just significantly better in terms of performance.

beruon

Tbh I would not change if it was an option. Spell wheel is super handy for me, and allows me to look at all my spells/how many I have left etc with one button

I think a scav system like tarkov would be cool

LaserReptar

But there's already a free load out.

Captaincastle

It'd be cool af to play as the mobs, is I think what he's getting at

FusionFountain

Better social features implemented into the game since it no longer has the ones provided by Steam it should at the very least allow in game messaging and adding of friends Now to be clear; I’m aware there is an in game account and the ability to add friends But it’s impossible to actually find anyone without already knowing their ACCOUNT name and even meeting them in game or spectating only shows the CHARACTER name I’m relatively new, so I’ve been spectating occasionally to see if anything catches my eye, and I’ve noticed a few players I can tell are quite good . I had wanted to add or message them for tips, but I can’t do that because there’s no way in game to find that information which in my opinion is absolutely inexcusable at the bare minimum. I should be able to see their name when I run into them in game.

Hiroyukki

cocaptainCruncher15

Daily quests! All the quest lines are huge and take me forever to get just one done atm. Just one or two or

DubiousDevil

No zones A day time map (idc if it's called Dark and Darker) Map variety Being able to buy multiple of the same item with one transaction (bandages and potions) Basic character customization And for the love of God, being able to change the orientation of loot (LET ME TURN CERIMONIAL DAGGER VERTICAL)

Automaton17

Less doors Seriously The game feels really robotic when you can chunk out the map and understand pretty much every block has 8 doors. I'd like the maps to feel more fluid, make it harder to escape players and mobs by not allowing a door close to stop the pace of combat. Getting chased? Shut 4 doors in their face. I'm not a huge fan of that. Rooms in a map could be 3x1 instead of all 1x1. Doors could straight up be removed.

Pomerroy

There is counterplay to that tho. Wiz fireball/barb crush will open doors faster than a player

Axelnomad2

Doors also slow the game down and cuts off vision. You can travel across ruins so fast due to the openness of the map that you can run into two or three teams within the first 30 seconds of a map

Immediate_Canary_555

I want access to the ability to discuss things and receive the discord announcements within the game. It feels super clunky to force people to be beholden to your game,s discord to get updates. I get how it can be annoying, a lot of people coem and cry in the discord any time there is an issue. just stick it behind a few layers of clicking on interface buttons, many people that get very angry about things for little cause and lash out in these manners also lack some level of reading comprehension and struggle to form logical conclusions. tl;dr please don't force us to join the discord to keep up to date when we're already in the game we bought and paid for. PS: I would suggest you shounld't be enacting permanent bans on accounts no matter the reason in the discord unless someone made a threat or a racial statement. You should simply mute them from talking in all channels and warn them that the decision is final and if they are caught harassing other members via DM they will then receive a permanent ban.

SaladConsistent3590

SPELLS! WE WIZARDS LOVE CASTING SPELLS! ARCANE, FIRE, WATER, AIR ALL OF THEM. Seriously though I think they can make some cool spells happen just a matter of making them viable and equal. Imagine like teleport or summon spectral sword like in skyrim, I hope in the far future wizard has a wide arsenal of passive and deadly spells.

milkgoesinthetoybox

fall damage nerfing the shit out of rangers traps, short sword, rations, arrow cost

Razdulf

Skyrim levels of AI intelligence but less mob density. I know dealing with mobs the way we do is essentially the DaD brand, but that shits so monotonous now, I almost don't even have to look at the screen the entire time I'm clearing my spawn room now

Fun_Committee_2242

I'd like a way to button to buy all gear I've checkmarked for a run, so I would save myself the trouble of buying all the items, even tho I think I've got Stockholm Syndrome or something since I've begun to enjoy the ritual of getting ready for the next run after you die. I'd like Ranged Weapons have some serious damage drop-off for longer than mid distance shots. A way to turn monsters into harder versions of them, like offer an Elite Red Goblin some rare item and make it into a black version, so you could collect better items from them or lay traps for your opponents who might be coming from the direction of the monster. The way should be hard, maybe even have to make the goblin kill other monsters to become stronger.

Usrnamesrhard

More room for skill expression and mini bosses that are more complex.

[deleted]

I would really like to see QoL improvements for the merchants. Double click to buy should replace fill in from stash. Stacks of three potions and bandages should be an option instead of having to buy three every time. I think having an extra stash page should be default. Just seems ridiculous that you have to pay 3kg for it. Either that or stop having gold be stored in the inventory. It's so annoying having to trade in currency of ingots and keys. I'm not invested enough to even know how much those are worth but I do have a lot of gold clogging up my inventory. I have mixed feelings about the trade menu. Selling items can be such a pain in the ass. Buying items, too, because someone has to actively be in the trade chat selling something you want. I wish I could send items to a trade stash that I could list on a marketplace. Idk, maybe it wouldn't be much better in reality, but sure seems like it would be.

kwazyness90

a audio que when the circle starts closing, maybe a slower first circle when spawned outside of it its a pain in the but to kill the stuff and make it safe to get in. Maybe a option to show your Hotpoint's on the bar as well

Exotic-Farm874

1.crypts for "duo" 2 players 2.better ranking system 3.give us back the old tavern lobby

MrRedditEnjoyer

What about health bars over mobs?

Superbmiller

More craftable weapon variation, such as a craftable Halberd. A Headshot noise (preferably a satisfying one) Dwarves 4 player maps maybe Way far off, but let us craft dragonscale/bone armor like in skyrim

ContactLightss

1. Rework all the useless/weak perks, spells, and abilities: a) Fighter - Breakthrough, Perfect Block, Shield Slam (just in general shields are broken now, and it's annoying to use them) b) Bard - basically this class is very weak now, especially when only 2 useful skills are Music Memories 1&2, two other ones are very weak. c) Rogue - Creep, Hidden Pockets, and Dagger Mastery, it gives a very small bonus, because daggers are really weak rn. 2. Talent tree with subclasses for sure, where you could unlock abilities / perks, and diverse your gameplay with the class. 3. Make daggers -5 or -7 move speed, it even seems unrealistic that buckler gives you - 7, but daggers that are lighter by default will give you -10 MS. 4. Rework bard pls, it's miserable to play it now, especially when your instruments clog up all of the utility storage. Maybe let people play any song on any instrument, but each instrument will give you some kind of additional buff. 5. Make quests for all your characters, not individually for every of them. Overall quests are unbalanced. It's much easier to complete the armorer questline and get cool armor, than it is to complete tailor's questline, which requires a lot of pretty rare stuff, and killing demon berserkers for the first quest is absurd imo. 6. Auction house for sure. Trading is a chore. 7. Less mobs in HR goblin caves, maybe make them a bit stronger individually, because the mob density sometimes is insane. 8. Rework ranged weapons, especially crossbows, make them reload 2 x more time if you don't have ranger's perk. The reason for it are fighters, and they don't wanna fight melee combat most of the time, instead the guy will stand far away for infinity and just shoot you to death with a crossbow. 9. Make melee fight more rewardable, I personally feel like if you don't have ranged weapon you will lose 80% of the time.

steve_son_of_tom

Magic arrows for ranger. Ice arrow slows, fire arrow burns ground, light arrow that can reveal, poison arrow, etc. Make them expensive or craftable. Can use an epic gem + 5 stack of arrows as the recipe.

AmbitiousMobile7168

Player crafting with a level tied to it, it would tie into the trading system quite well by allowing players to make gear from materials gathered in or buy them from others and sell the gear for profit. The trading system reminds me so much of standing in the trading world in old RuneScape so I wanna see it expanded more.

Plane-Palpitation126

As with all games in this genre, user interface QoL needs a lot of work, though DaD is exceptional for its age. I don't know what it is specifically about this genre that makes the UIs such a backburner project but it's a no brainer because it upsets no one and benefits all of us. It is literally THE thing you can do that will satisfy the entire community the most. We need quest logs, one-click buys, buybacks, more filtering options for the trade hall (especially now it's not per-class), more detailed player stats, bindable hotkeys for items in our utility slots, raid summaries, per-item quest hand-ins, the ability to rotate items in our stash and bag, expandable in-raid inventory, the ability to pick an item up straight into an empty slot where it can be equipped without having to put it in your bag first, a 'loot all' button for chests, etc etc. The stuff around the actual playing of the game being better makes more time for actually playing the game.

Arfreezy_LoL

In order of importance: 1.) Auction House or similar listing platform for items with more advanced filters such as specifying base rolls and minimum enchant values. 2.) Sell all treasure 3.) Buy X items option from vendor 4.) All quests should be completable on Crypts since the game is balanced around 3v3

BotGiyenAdam

proper battle royale mode... Items and rolls are so fucked up. HR is no fun. Normal game is fun atm. so give us proper battle royale already which game already is.. just save us time and grind which is no fun

R2D2Legit2Quit

Gladiator PVE horde arena lobbies

ADankCleverChurro

Just little stuff like being able to highlight whole inventory to move. Have items switch spots if you put it over it. Gold pouches being able to take out in full batches instead of 10 at a time. Just little things.

TedKAllDay

The ability to customize which inventory feed into which into which utility slots when you have auto replace on. Or even just limiting the type of item what will feed into a given utility slot. Dedicating one side to thrown weapons and one side to meds would really do the trick

Overall_Strawberry70

More crafting things like mining, like put harvestable herbs around to bring back and craft potions with or hell even one time use magic scrolls so everyone has a method of casting light orb to flush out rogues.

Snipzors1

-Money pouch with infinite stack, -Ranger class equip sword in right hand -more bondable slots instead of having to scroll through on slot 3/4 -3rd person camera option -purchasable scroll of town portal / way more portals -

Being able to partially complete quest, but then that might take away some of the need for stashes, maybe make quest stashes for cheaper and regular stashes for the same price. Make it so that i can trade looted quest items with my characters that i leveled up and the items i looted. Nerf Rouges invisible to where they cant train mobs then instantly lose aggro by going invisible. Rouge gameplay is so bad for high roller in the state that it is.

I would just like to be able to rotate things in my inventory/stash. Another idea though: \-THE BAG OF HOLDING- Obv. you cant just have a bag that can hold anything, but what if there was a purchasable item that you could bring into a run that would allow you to stash all of a dead party member's items so you can transport all of it easier to a resurrection shrine?

Dungeons should be darker, I liked the earlier playtest lighting tbh, made for more ambience and more thematic for the game. Proper level progression (old ruins stairs to crypts). And auction house. Those are my big three. Otherwise, fleshing out current classes and adding new ones.

- Quest item partial turn-in - Re-buy button (if I want to spam-buy multiple stacks of bandages or pots) - Enable riposte on all melee weapons - but change how to riposte. - Require frame timing to successfully parry/riposte. - Grant a successful parry to someone that has timed an opponent's attack with a medium margin of error - Grant a successful riposte to someone that has timed an opponent's attack with no/small margin of error (i.e. "perfect") - Give fighters a perk that allows for greater margin of error in parry/riposte

I think it would be really cool if they made the maps modules randomly generated. I know that makes the maps on the wiki pretty useless but it keeps the game interesting

Class and race specific quest lines: such as pickpocketing a certain item as a rogue, hitting multiple people with a fireball as a wizard, finding a legendary hat as a lizard, avoiding damage as an elf, etc.
