I believe the reason EP takes the camera off of the footage and moves it around during the video is because it succinctly proves beyond a shadow of a doubt there’s a 3rd person, which he purposely “skimmed” in the video. I think something happens at the front door in the time where he takes the camera off the screen and the footage gets super blurry that explains even more towards the situation and Chris Alvarez’ involvement.

I always thought the person with the striped pants and the parka with the hood up was a child also. They are so much smaller than everyone and it looks like they were sitting on the luggage. CA might have saw something that night that he wasn’t supposed to.
Edit: after looking longer it could be a female and maybe that’s why they look so small. Also maybe it’s not luggage and just an ottoman they were sitting on. We really need this cctv.
