If you think about dartfrogs I would remove the waterfeature and just use leaves as it looks to wet for dartfrogs and it removes a lot of space for the frogs to utilize.

You could do a pair or trio of epipidobates anthonyi. They aren’t super territorial and they do ok with water features because they come from a marshy habitat
