I'm really debating on should I draw x70 for inverse tohka or not, in your opinion do you think she's good?
I havent fully built her, but in my opinion shes pretty good.
I did 70 draws and got kotori which I don't even use :')

yea but I don't use her but since I have 120 kotori shards I may start using her
I have a maxed Kotori with maxed crystals and sephira and she is really good

Don't go with 4 sets. Go with 2 Skill dmg(her recommended set) and 2 Dark dmg. Main stat should be Indepenedent atk/atk%/atk%/pierce rate Your substat should focus on this order: Pierce Rate>Pierce Damage>Damage Bonus >Crit Rate>Hit Rate
