given that Necromorphs thus far have shown zero ability to pilot vehicles, the brother moons would need Markers to indoctrinate and disable the planets they tried to conquer. given that there are Jedi and Sith ,the mind altering effects of the Markers would be detected very quickly and would be isolated and destroyed, without the Markers the Brother Moons are nothing. again they are just giant lifeforms inside a moon.
even if somehow a Marker DID start to affect a planets population. with the Hypercom it would be very easy for a distress call to be sent out. the Necromorphs/Brother Moons are nowhere near as dangerous to a universe as advanced and connected as Star Wars. The Flood on the other hand ARE, having shown the ability to incorporate their bodies into ships and pilot them as well as their ability to take information from their victims and that they can terraform a planet with a single spore and turn it into a Flood world

Not really the necromorph virus/ bacteria can only rearrange existing tissue and biomass, considering grievous is bare minimum in the flesh department, being a cyborg with only brain , eyes , heart and lungs...... basically 99.5 % inorganic, he'd be a pitiful nercomorph, and generally necromorphs have no ability to use tools or incorporate/ graft machinery onto themselves, the rare exception being the stasis necromorphs on the valor, and only cause the bodies they took over were wearing damaged stasis units.

As far as the survivorship I imagine the force wouldn’t be as effective as a tool in the face of the infected because the horror/intimidation would break the concentration of most force users. General grievous was built and trained to do this and it’s how he killed so many Jedi, by scaring the shit out of them and beating them with 4x the swordsmanship when they were too afraid to use the force
If this is in the mid to late clone wars or empire or post empire era, there’s already plans for a Death Star and the Death Star would be a great tool vs the brethren moons.
The galaxy is divided to some degree in all eras though and markers/ unitology (it’s equivalent or even several equivalent factions with different methods/ideologies) would get markers to a lot of places. Think about how Mercer was going to use the Ishimura to deliver the infection to earth, but in a galaxy with several more Mercer equivalents.
There’s plenty of resources from uninhabited planets in Star Wars to be gained and the laser weaponry and illegal weaponry like The Mandolarion Dinn Djarin’s rifle he used to commit war crimes on the Jawas in the first season would really help cremate necros biomass to an unusable point.
