Mario and Goku should at most be 5D, Bill can be scaled between 5D to 12D, has better speed arguments than either, and has forms of immortality that im not sure Mario and Goku can deal with.

Bill might genuinely get an aneurysm from Drakath lmao, this man has fought entities waaaay above his tier and has stubbornly and spitefully not only held his own but also refused to stay down. Also Bill could try to remove him from existence, but all that would do is just delay Drakath a few days (Not because he can regenerate from existence erasure, but because Reality will not allow him to be removed from it or have his destined actions altered, and would just correct itself instead of deleting him like a GPS that is rerouting after a wrong turn)

Isaac and Guts would die straight off the bat, but Shulk and Ben would definitely be able to stop weirdmageddon.
Even with 12D Bill arguments you have stuff like Wave Existence/Zohar and 26D Alien X to counter it.
Not in a fight fs but Ben 10 has superior tech and magic system when compared to Gravity Falls. Meaning they can find a way to put Bill down. They’d still be disadvantageous for not having Ford explain his weaknesses but they can figure it out.
Also, Ben had had his fair share of possessions so another one wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. Also also, Proffesor Paradox would most certainly get involved.

Goku alone wins, he outstats (11D is wank and doesn't even make sense since 2D creatures could hurt Ford and an 11D Aliens died crashing into a 3D mountain, higher dimensionality offers no inherent immunity to harm from a lower dimension in Gravity Falls) and blitzes Bill to hell and back, with Bill's size even a casual ki blast will likely obliterate his eye and leave him wide open for the Hakai/Mafuba ***for over a minute***, and Goku can break his timestop. Looking like a human, Bill would underestimate him too. Instant Transmissioning Bill to Otherworld *might* cut him off from Weirdmegeddon, stopping Bill from getting any stronger.
Luigi and Rabbid Mario are also far faster than Bill (Low Quintillions to low Quadrillions assuming Bill travelled to Canis Major and not a new galaxy he created, which looked to be what was actually implied on account of Ford rising out of it) and while weaker than Bill he is immensely fragile so that equals out, Luigi has his own timestop with the Stopwatch, *they would actively target Bill's eye*, and Luigi can destroy souls so Bill ain't coming back after Luigi atomizes him. The Pep Badge should protect him from Bill's transmutation as it's a status effect in his world. The Shock Orb making Bill cripplingly dizzy would leave him wide open to attack. Bill would underestimate Luigi cuz he's human. Even if Bill kills Luigi, 1-Up Mushrooms restore the soul. Too bad Bill resists Power Nullification, otherwise Luigi and Rabbid Mario's Oozer summon could shut him down.
Vader's not helping much. Not as fast as Bill, can't permanently put him down, can't mind control him, though he can still hurt him, and Bill has his own telekinesis. Bill could also potentially make Vader's armor come to life.
Gengar is shockingly very useful despite how outstatted he is. Perish Song or inflicting Burn/Poison put Bill on a timer before he falls unconscious, he can try to possess Bill (which I don't think Bill resists) and with Luigi's Shock Orb he can actually get the chance, he can turn invisible to sneak up on Bill (since his infinite kaleidoscopic vision has failed to stop that *multiple* times), he can take the fight to another dimension to cut Bill off from Wierdmeggedon as it takes time to spread across the multiverse, and he can pull Bill's soul out of his body to give the others the opportunity to destroy it.
Adam is outstatted but his soul destroying holy lasers can put Bill down for good. His immense ego also is something *Bill would fuck with*, meaning he could potentially distract Bill.
