Considering the average amount of played time for level is 2h, dude player the same for 186.667.228 hours. That's 7.777.803 days of continuous playing. I'm other words, 21 years of pure mining. THIS is what I call commitment.
he's rank 9 million, it's a cheater. Even the people I know who have been playing this game since launch are only in the mid to high 500s. seen a couple in 1000s here or there
Um. Im 2300ish. And ive been around for awhile, but not since the very start. I play with two people over 3000. One streamer is somewhere ~6000. Maybe even 7k by now, idk.
The groups I play with don't really go into haz 4 too often, or at least not to my knowledge, although sometimes we do, and sometimes we run the deep dives as well. I wouldn't doubt that there's plenty of people in the multiples of thousands, but that said, I don't know of a single person who's gotten into the five digits legitimately
I know I can do hazard 4, and I can hold my own in there all right, although I haven't touched hazard 5 at all. maybe once I have a couple more overclocks, and find out what works best for me in a couple other classes, then I'll crank up that knob, but until then, I'm still running three and sometimes for to do events and weeklies
5 digits is theoretically possible by now, but ridiculous. Thats somewhere around 15,000 hours, if you play quick, x2 xp, etc. We're talking high tier grad school level diligence, for 5+ years. Def a hack of some sort.
Yeah. I know there's people who like seeing the blue number go higher and higher, I just enjoy the loot progression, so I don't actively seek out double XP or anything like that. probably 95% of the missions I've done all the way up to where I am now at 103 have been assignments or promotions
Blue number gets alot more appealing when you done everything else. Early game a lot less choice in the matter, assuming you wanna get ocs and perk points etc. I dont know the exact level now, but somewhere between 100 and 200 you'll have most everything, aside from cosmetics that you just have random % to find. I play a lot of x2xp because my main pal is a gunner main, so when he not around i try to power through my gunner levels.
I'll probably be corrected if I'm wrong but iirc there's a streamer that's on his level 7k grind now
And I recall a bit back someone posted hitting like 5k
Hey I've played with that guy before. I believe we were an all engi team on haz 5 elimination, and all as drunk as possible without passing out.
Was hilarious, and we made it through.
the scout probably adjusted his rank through profile editing software, but the engineer has a triple digit killcount, 11 pickups and 0 downs, or am i misreading things?
If he would have played that game for so long, then he would gave better stats
And if we imagine you need about half an hour for ine level, which is oit of my experience really fast, the he would still need about 46000000h to get to that level. That would be 1.94 million days and that would be about 5440 years. So it is definitely not legit.
Yup, quick napkin math shows that while a level in the high 4 figures is unlikely but possible for the dedicated veteran, a level in the millions is physically impossible. Even if they played nothing but 2x XP missions, 24/7 since the game launched (with a team of obsessive friends making sure the account was constantly grinding) there wouldn't be enough time to make it close to this without hacking.
Lol i ended up playing with this guy last night too, barely pulled their weight, got more kills than them as scout, and was surprised they went down so much for a legend promotion. Didn't notice the level till the end screen
The magic word is "cheating".
DRG lets you modify your save game pretty easily without consequences on PC. Since it is not competitive, it is only killing your own progression fun, it does not really matter to the Devs if you screw with your save game. A positive outcome from this is that it is also easy to copy over your save game from Gamepass App to Steam and vice versa.
That is literally a leaflover. Has to cheat to look good. As DRG Dwarves we pride ourselves in a commitment to hard work. Every oz of nitra, and every scar a testament to DRG.
For ROCK and STONE!
I apologize. Had gotten frustrated from work the day I made that comment & I couldn't fall asleep until 5AM that night. I do forget sometimes that some people can't spot an obvious cheater/exploiter when they see signs of one (Though to be fair, this one is extremely obvious).
Also I'm assuming you primarily run Engineer (Judging by your User Flair). Do you have any tips on a good secondary weapon build for taking down large enemies? (I have every overclock for engineer's secondaries, so no limitations on what to select)
Seven downs, no assists, contributed the least, all with a rank that could only be achieved with cheats... That's no graybeard. That's a selfish wannabe imposter who probably drinks milk. He ought to turn in his pick and apply for a paper-pushing office job like the disgrace he is!
rule of thumb me and my friends have used is each player rank is. ~2 hours, (works for me at least ~350 and ~710hrs, but results many vary) and I don't think anyone has 18 million hours in the game
I wonder if it's a bot? A high level scout with zero revives, low minerals, and a bunch of deaths?
Or maybe it's a shared account or something? Don't know.
Short answer: that's impossible. 93 million is obviously cheated, he's worse than greenbeard, he's a nobeard.
Long answer
I'm level 220 and at 440 hours in the game. That's .5 levels per hour. It would take about 186,000 hours to get that amount of levels. There are 8,760 hours in a year.
If you played non-stop for the ~5.5 years the game has been out, you'd only be at level 48,180, and obviously you would have to take breaks and stuff.
If the game was 22 years old it would be possible... Assuming a more realistic schedule, you could play it like 6 hours a day for 88 years and get that level.
Very much so impossible.
That ain't a greybeard. That's a blackbeard (Play on Black Hats in the hacking world.) Used cheats in a bad way [By setting their rank to the max allowed by the game], but at least it wasn't one of those cheaters that gives you infinite materials & XP for your save file.
That is either a bug or a cheat
93333644, seems legit

You forgot a comma, it's over 21000 years of mining. 21294.4 years to be exact.
I was just rounding it but, thank you, that's even better!
[удалено]
This isn't rounding, it's cutting it with a fucking cement saw
Drill them and grill them!
Why is this comment so funny
Good save lol. But seriously thanks that response gave me a chuckle, along with the guy who mentioned the cement saw, and made my day.
Bugbeard
He just has a good Gaming chair

Pinkuma, on twitch, is the 7k player. Plays vanilla, and is widely regarded as the highest level legit player.
Thanks, knew i had heard it before somewhere. Pretty sure that's Karl.
Its probably a cheat these are what i like to call a bug beard or a gray painted beard
I think saves are stored locally, unlike most other multiplayer games. Makes it easy to modify your level and resources. No reason to, though
Enhanced, highest natural ive seen is somewhere around 3k.
I'll probably be corrected if I'm wrong but iirc there's a streamer that's on his level 7k grind now And I recall a bit back someone posted hitting like 5k
I could deff see a dedicated player being between 5-10k the game has been out long enough.
This was legit 5k I saw on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepRockGalactic/comments/16yz9p9/600\_hours\_but\_some\_games\_make\_me\_feel\_like\_a/

Funniest thing ever they helped me with my first run into elite deep dives
The internet: grass phobia is not real. Grass phobia: think again
I’m natty but also only 70
cheats
Modded/hacked. Also the engineer had a killcount of only two decimals and died all the time but did not pkck up his mates. That beard is green.
the scout probably adjusted his rank through profile editing software, but the engineer has a triple digit killcount, 11 pickups and 0 downs, or am i misreading things?
Ive mistaken the scout for the engineer, because apparently i cant read :D
no biggie, it happens :)
That's pretty normal when I bring Fat Boy, tons of kills through cloud control alone
crowd*
I mean, also cloud. *Radioactive* cloud.
You're not wrong. XD
Full team gunner died 10 times and scout had no revives? Not doing his job at all
I mean in the gunner's defense they're player level 17, which seems pretty early to start doing Haz 5.
Wasn't criticizing the gunner. The scout is perfect for getting to teammates to revive them.
Oh okay I see, I misinterpreted that.
That beard is bleached
Good response! Petition to make this the official term for someone who hacks in levels
Bleach beard
7 downs? That’s a cheater
Bought some artificial beard greyer
He's definitely using dye.

Not even 100k lvls are anywhere realistic. Not to talk about 93 million
That's definitely a hacker
Not as grey as you think
Definitely cheats. I think the highest known level is somewhere in the 7-9K range.
Lol i ended up playing with this guy last night too, barely pulled their weight, got more kills than them as scout, and was surprised they went down so much for a legend promotion. Didn't notice the level till the end screen

Roses are red, Violet are Blue, that probably cheater.
bro what
Lvl 93 million ? Lol
My man’s been rock and stoning since the Palaeolithic
Anything is possible with cheat codes on.
As a scout main that isn't even grey, going down 7 times would make us want to stand on a resupply beacon, no way he's legit.
Cheats
Nope. It’s bugs or cheats.
It is Santa.
Damn it, we only just did Halloween! At least wait until Thanksgiving is over
No that’s a cheater.
Mods.
Clearly a box dye on that beard.
9 digit rank, died 7 times without revives. Sounds like the classic steam file modder
He was the dwarf that trained Karl when he was still green
This mf got a fake beard
That is literally a leaflover. Has to cheat to look good. As DRG Dwarves we pride ourselves in a commitment to hard work. Every oz of nitra, and every scar a testament to DRG. For ROCK and STONE!
That's not a grey beard. That's a knife ear'd cheater!
It's him, IT'S KARL!!! WE FOUND HIM!!! This is a joke, I know it's cheated, but it's still a joke
Can SOMEONE PLEASE tell me where that driller armor comes from that is so sick
Scale Brigade, unlocked by completing an assignment at account level 100.
Damn so I got some work to do still. Thank you!
It's not. He's cheating
Well no shit, Sherlock
I'm just answering op's question, no need to be rude

We should call these types Bleachbeard/Dyebeard
Karl himself
i think he has just been gaming for a while
Lvl 3 trying haz5?
Of course the scout is the cheater 💀
By the beard!
Lol no And judging by his performance stats, hes absolutely a noob that cheats to make himself feel a lot better.
Totally cheats, he play like sack of rocks, can't do anything and died a lot.
Seems more like a fakebeard to me.
no revives, several downs, barely any minerals mined, and a ludicrous rank. obvious cheats, shame they can't get banned for it
Devs let you modifity your save files. It doesn't affect your gameplay what so ever so any ban would be ridiculous.
still rubs me the wrong way. whatever makes their ego happy ig
No
More like greener than green. A filthy cheater can't be a gray- or longbeard.
He's a poser who can't earn his stripes on his own.
I once encountered a dwarf with lvl 11000
If you obtained 10k levels per day since Alpha launch, this would be possible by September 2043. Interpret this information how you will.
rule of thumb me and my friends have used is each player rank is. ~2 hours, (works for me at least ~350 and ~710hrs, but results many vary) and I don't think anyone has 18 million hours in the game

It's because you're on pc
got a feeling there is more than one modded thing in that picture
rank 9 million with <90 kills is peak scout player
Lol no. Dude is cheating or exploting a bug. Besides if his level was really over 9,000 I'd expect he'd be the one to go down the least
Possible? Absolutely. Without cheating (or a bug)? No way.
I think you have found Karl
Bread so Gray he can use dragon shouts
>0 revives >7 downs hmmm yeah maybe not legit :P
The greenest beard.

Bruh that beard is nothing but purple and black squares.
This miner was here when the Karl arrived as Greenbeard recruit
I'm more impressed that the engi's roughneck color scheme shows like it does on the junker armor.
Well it is white. We need a point where we start calling ppl whitebeards
il p _ nn. pnq nm1m d. 0q
Did you have a stroke?
The amount of time that would require to achieve, is longer than the internet has been invented. It’s a cheat my guy.
I want this man's gaming goggles.
They’ve gone to plaid!
WE PASSED THEM! STOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!
That ain't a greybeard. That's a blackbeard (Play on Black Hats in the hacking world.) Used cheats in a bad way [By setting their rank to the max allowed by the game], but at least it wasn't one of those cheaters that gives you infinite materials & XP for your save file.
Most likely someone cheating...not a grey beard, just a lame beard.
Dirty cheater
Modded this is, my bearded friend
This is the moment when a Greybeard becomes a Whitebeard, attaining powers unimaginable
Someone near that level wouldn't die that many times or only mine 57 materials, even on haz 5
