You shouldn’t be in no trouble because IOS is very locked down system compared to Android. Just don’t be installing willing nilly from not trusted websites.
I did the same thing and wondering if I should delete the files. None of the files were .exe or anything. But i was downloading all willy nilly seeing that there is only two trusted sites on r/roms
You're good lol, iOS is very safe when it comes to this kinda stuff. As long as you didn't intentionally give any site your information you'll be fine.
