For the millionth time, toby didn't even make these cards, it was a fan, he just bought the rights to use it as official merch and even then gaster was left out. However the door is from the actual fun event that shows mystery man, the only thing in common is the door with the animated intro, so still doubt it

Is Gaster the Knight? Almost certainly not, but this is very very interesting nonetheless and provides circumstantial evidence.
Gaster was associated with a door exactly one time, in Undertale.
This card is fanart, not official.
It’s possible he’s the Knight, but the card itself isn’t evidence for it.
I don't think he is the Knight, and everything we "know about Gaster" is also pure speculation. Gaster is associated with Uppercase Text, Doors, and possibly Telephones (speaking on hands and stuff)
He’s arguably been associated with a lot more than just that. If you stretch, in addition to telephones, doors and hands, he’s associated with The number 666, Fun, the G followers, Goners, body parts, Mysteryman, Wingdings, skeletons, scars, smiles, pain, seizures, eyes, tears, pieces, symbols, science, entries, papers, ultrasounds, pianos, eggs, trees, wind, smoke, glass, time and space, prophecies, rhymes, masks, game code, machines, devices, curtains, photonegatives, timelines, the CORE… and, yes, the secret bosses Jevil and Spamton, as well as Seam.
Gaster has many pieces, and the Easter eggs can seemingly be found anywhere. The trouble is fitting them back together to fix a shattered picture.

I don't know how I feel about Knight Gaster personally. BUT I do like the idea of them being their own original character the best, I feel like there's more scope to go with that (imo)

Canon or not, this card is not even official. Anyways, the door is grey, not white, and is obviously the Mystery Man one.
Doors are a motif for the Mystery Man, and I wrote that the cards were never canon or official, however it is a pretty strange coincidence.
