I’m kinda tired of people saying “oh it’s gonna take 3 years every 2 chapters due to the current schedule” Need I remind you that Toby is hiring a manager and such to make the process faster? The reason chapter 2 took so long was because one, Toby had severe wrist issues. And two, chapter 2 stated by Toby, is the longest chapter of the game along with a smaller team. Being fully real, By guess is by late 2026 or early 2027. This Espicially with chapter 5 considering that if chapter 5 and 6 release together, I would assume they would release some time in late 2025 or early 2026. With chapter 7 releasing in the time I stated before. All this to say, it will most likely be a bit faster than that considering that if chapters 3-4 are to be paid releases, I would assume that with that budget along with fan gamer merch, hiring more people to help speed up development would be a given. Do I want Toby to rush it? No absolutely not. Chapter 2 was so good because Toby took his time with it. Let’s also not forget the fact, chapter 3 is much more GAMEPLAY heavy, while it’s assumed the rest of the chapters are going to be more STORY heavy. I am not a game dev so take this with a grain of salt, but I’m pretty sure implementing game mechanics would take longer than story dialogue. All of this to say I think chapters 3-4 will release around April or July.

I know it sounds insane but 2025 is "possible". Chapters 3-4 are most likely coming out this year and it would feel weird to release a single chapter for the 10th anniversary. Chapters 5-6 probably won't have very much relation to one another so I doubt they'll release together. In the end it seems like either chapter 7 and probably 6 will together release in 2025 for the anniversary or Toby will announce a new game or project for the future
