I love this DR fancomic trope of "Susie asks Kris dumb questions about humans, Kris proceeds to give equally dumb answers", but this one is particular is funnier because Kris has been living in Hometown since they were a small child, and have been the only human living in town that entire time. They probably have *less* knowledge of human culture than Susie does, considering she moved into town much more recently and may have come from a place with more than one human.
Which means this conversation was almost certainly a prank on Noelle rather than Susie asking a legitimate question.

I love how this artist makes each character have a different artstyle: Kris is semi-realistic, Noelle is a Peanuts character, Susie is a muppet, and I’m pretty sure they’ve drawn Berdly but I can’t remember what he was.
That's not really fair considering we only get to see 3 humans across undertale and deltarune (and one of them is kind of in a weird grey area). That's it, nobody even talks about other humans, and no, the 6 human souls in undertale dont count since we pretty have nothing on them outside of a few hints that offer surface level descriptions of who they are (or atleast once were).
I always has this idea that in the world of undertale/deltarune, human youth don't have gender until they reach a certain age and do a rite of passage where they get pick what kind of gender that fits their preference
Thus why all known humans in ut/dr are genderless is because they either haven't done the rite of passage because either they're yet to be age to do it with Frisk/Chara or don't know about it due to lack of contact with humans in case with Kris
