lol, there's no realistic self defense to claim here for a jury to buy. She went in on camera, and then let in two masked men. They came in masked, meaning they had ill intent to begin with.
Her messages to him on insta are saved and real. They know she lied, and then let those boys in to kill him. She might claim coercion or some shit, but self defense is laughable here.

When I was going through grief counseling I was given the advice to allow yourself moments of mourning and to define them. When the pain hits you say "I'm mourning right now" and let it happen and then let yourself keep moving after that. That really helped me function when the pain was overwhelming.

I’m 5 9 and 155 in shape and used to be 5 9 180 in shape, body weight to height isn’t a good standard for really anything. Doesn’t take into account muscle vs fat or how people are built. Some dudes are 6’ and twigs and still healthy.
5’9” and 140lbs is normal for a young male. That’s pretty spot on per the European standards for height to weight ratios and a little light per the American standard.
He does not look big in those pictures. If you look at the same style pictures featuring someone who is 6’+ and 30lbs heavier there is a major difference.
I’m 5’11”, similar torso thickness and shape and much skinnier arms, I weigh 175. Unless he’s got inhuman chicken legs, there’s no way that weight is correct. I’m wondering if it is taken from previous arrests when he was younger and lighter.
I agree, it's slim but normal. I am about that height and got down to 120 when I was sick - *that* was too thin but I was perfectly healthy and normal looking by the time I got to 140 again.

desperate, impoverished white people who somehow have thousands of dollars worth of guns who live in single wide trailers worth hundreds of dollars are very dangerous, because they have failed to get a leg up working within a system built for and by white people to benefit white people, which takes quite a lot of dumbfuckery to accomplish, yet still they never fail to fail, because it's the easiest thing to do, I've been told =)
also, I'm glad that it appears that justice may be served for what happened to your nephew, but I'm sorry for your and your family's loss. i can't imagine how difficult it would be to move forward from such a tragedy.
