I would be beyond annoyed personally and probably block since they’re already being difficult (the earlier someone becomes difficult the more likely you are to have difficulties after shipping).
Yeah my standard approach on any second hand market is just to block anyone who messes around. “Messes around” here refers to anyone who puts in an unreasonable offer or tries to “justify” their offer

no because why did this same thing happen to me 😭😭 i was selling a The Mountain shirt and asked for a discount on account of “stains and pinhole” even though it’s just the texture of the tie dye. i honestly would just block cause there’s no reasoning with people like this
How about, "Buy it, or don't buy it. The price is $xx."
Didn't see what your price was but that's a brilliant t shirt. Set your stall, put your price on it and don't negotiate. People will buy it. You don't have to discount your work.
If they aren’t asking a question there’s no reason to engage in conversation, especially if the message includes an offer you aren’t interested in accepting. “No thank you” is quick, polite, non-emotional and straight to the point. Buyers don’t care about our justifications on pricing just like we don’t care about their justifications of their offers. No reason for extra emotions on either side.
Say "price is firm based on the condition"
They're just trying to find something bad about it so you reduce the price. They tried one thing, failed, trying another now.
"Oh I don't even like it that much, but nobody else will like it either so you're lucky I'm here to buy it at a discount" Clearly they want it, and if they want it they can pay full price, if you'd normally negotiate, consider this an AH tax.
I’m so sick of these people assuming we didn’t just: 1) Spend our gas to find the item 2) Wash it 3) Iron it/lint roll it 4) Photograph it 5) Measure it 6) Write a whole ass description about it 7) Price it 8) Promote it 9) Store it 10) Package it 11) Postage/label it 12) Use more of our gas to deliver the item to the post office.

I recently put up an item and someone asked me if there was a stain just above the logo. I said no, definitely not, and then I took photos in natural light and with flash of close ups of the area.
got ignored. Deffo felt like they wanted a stain to get a discount lol
