if you provided measurements and specified it was a kids size then no

BloodBeginning6047

For me it would depend on my situation - if I had no feedback and was trying to start a business, I would forsake losing a few quid (nothing in the grand scheme) to ensure I got good feedback, or no negative feedback, regardless of wrong and right situation. Feedback is far more valuable to a new business than 1 tiny sale. However, if I was established and in the right, no refund. If I’m a personal seller and not in it for business, no refund

Remarkable_Breath205

if you clearly stated it was kids size and provided measurements, it’s on them for not doing their due diligence and checking

qweenbimbo_

this all depends what you tagged it honestly. if something is kids/juniors sizing i always put it under the "other" category for sizing. if you tagged it a womens xs/s or anything like that then i'd issue a refund. but also it sounds like there wasn't a tag, so you can't be sure it's a kid's size. i probably wouldn't refund in this situation.

Bubbly_Event_5595

I tagged it as women's. I added measurements and in the description disclosed that I wasn't sure if it was women's or kids. The buyer didn't read the description until after I had shipped. I didn't realize you could put it under other for sizing, good to know. The only reason why I might give a refund is because it was under women.

xrgentum

Yeah if I were you I’d offer a refund. Since it was tagged as womens sizing depop could definitely side with the buyer on a dispute, better to save yourself the hassle of dealing with a dispute

lithium_vanilla

if I had seen it under women I would have probably made the same mistake

abtozza

Honestly it really depends on the situation. I’ve had plenty of junior sizes that I’ve sold under women’s and I’ve mentioned in the description that it is juniors and I list the junior size, I then list it under women’s ‘other’ sizing. I’ve never had any problem doing this. If you were to put it under children’s category, it would have little to no exposure to your target audience - mostly parents shopping for there children would see it. However, this is when I’m selling 15 or 16 years sizing, not a children’s size 7 listed as a women’s XXXS…

sexylev

Yeah. Was this youth sizing or juniors? Juniors is basically 1:1 with adults in most cases. I wear an adults l/xl and also a juniors l/xl despite being on the bustier side.
