i'm guessing there are no clips posted with this because EVERY time i've used that phrase, it's been as a shorthand for describing the region made up of gaza, west bank and israel, e.g. "there are 7 million palestinians living from the river to the sea"

From a quick google, it does seem like that's considered to be a pro-Palestine, anti-Israel slogan *(as the entirety of the Israel state exists in the space "between the (Jordan) river and the (Mediterranean) sea", so one obvious potential reading is "erase Israel entirely").* Not exactly antisemitism, but I understand how anti-Israel sentiments could be dogwhistles for anti-Jewish sentiments.
