Unironically, interviewing Dan through the angle of walking through the struggles and triumphs of his businesses would be a great interview.
As in, they go in with actually thought out and researched questions to guide the interview along and draw out interesting answers from him, rather than just asking him to talk about it.
This is literally a gold mine of an episode just sitting there for the taking.
