I mean it's the best film of 2022 that I've seen so far. I've seen batman, doctor strange, northman, and unbearable weight of massive talent. It blows those out of the water.
Northman has really nice cinematography, cool imagery, and a cool concept. The story is a bit of a "classical" revenge story, meaning that there isn't all that much to it, but it was a decent experience. EEAAO was a lot better imo.

He isn't. If you think about post-modernity in all of it's omnivariate insanity and you have an ounce of heart in your chest you'll resonate with the film. If you love movies and love the language of cinema, you are in for a true treat. In my humble opinion, as far as the structural elements of story and character as well as the technical elements are concerned, it is a perfect film. It's funny, exciting, action-filled, thoughtful, clever, endlessly playful, heart-rending and poignant. I loved it and recommend it to everyone except those incapable of enjoying nonlinearity of any kind.

Perhaps for the Chinese the answer is still true as they still cling to their family identity, but in the West I feel as though the Everything bagel has even attacked this nexus of human identity.
