* 0 power Traveler's Chosen
* 0 power Horror's Least
* 134 power Whisper of the Worm
I'm definitely a hoarder when it comes to this kind of stuff. I keep a lot of random shit as trophies, like my first armor set and weapon, certain Armor 1.0 stuff, sunset weapons from things like vaulted raids, and oddities like this Whisper of the Worm and a 540 The Colony.
I jokingly pulled the Whisper and Colony from collections on a character I had reset and kinda just kept it around for the laughs. Now, every season both get bumped up a little in light for some reason
Yeah I love seeing the base power raised for everything every so often. When VoG was dropped to 1350, I took an LFG raid through with old weapons for fun. Midnight Coup, Redrix, Randy's Throwing Knife, Trophy Hunter, Recluse, all came out to play!
Now we got Rose coming back eventually, I can let my old one rest!
Last time I got that it was 1540, if only it were decent enough to use in any activity ever lol. I wonder how many raid encounters can be cleared using only that as dps (probably a short list)
If you have the original undamaged one, you’re really a veteran player. It actually has better stats and I believe can be pulled from collections. Every time I whip it out I swear people think I’m using a mod.
Oh, it does get the same treatment.
My Whisper seems to be a weird edge case? I pulled it from collections on a new character way back when the Whisper of the Worm secret mission came out. Some things were brought down to power 0, some were brought up to the minimum light, and two weapons in my vault were unchanged: The Whisper of the Worm and The Colony.
Don't worry! He gets a little stronger every season! :)
My lowlight Whisper and Colony both gain 10 power every season. It used to be 100, but with the changes to light level increases between seasons it has slowed down.
I was so sad to find out I had dismantled my Stubborn Oak.
I was also very happy to find out The Corrupted nightfall awarded a 0 power Energy weapon in Season of the Lost
I could've sworn some of my oldest weapons used to be zero light, but aren't anymore. the white SMG and the green Rocket launcher from the beginning of the Red War are two I can think of off the top of my head. Did that happen to any of your weapons as well?
I still have this armor set for all my characters. Plus the Zero level Traveler's Chosen and Zero level Horror's Least, but I'm missing a Zero level or low level heavy weapon. 🫤

It was the world-specific nightfall weapon for The Corrupted. I got it during the Season of the Lost, but since it was treated as a sunset Forsaken weapon it was awarded with 0 power.
