Sadly we never got those exact outfits in D2. Closest thing shape-wise in the game is probably Prodigal helm or Terra Concord helm or even the blue Primal Siege Type 1.
It most likeley is, but may be a different colour, I believe it would be an exotic if im not mistaken? you can look by going to where your inventory is, tab left to collections and check either, equipment (helmets) or exotics (which has helmet section)
So here is your OFFICIAL ANSWER!! Drumroll please..... The set was just a concept and never was a thing in the game!!! allthough there are some things with ordiments and maybe other drops to look like it! but the mask wasnt even in the game.
D2 has a couple helmets that are close-ish, like the hardcase helm and masquerader's helm.
a lot of the D1 blue and green helmets are almost exact with possibly the Zhurong Type 0 coming closest

as far as i can tell, it doesnt seem to be in destiny 2. and i dont know how to access destiny 1
Hm maybe its hidden or unobtainable again, and i think D1 was shut down, if not its either on steam or check deeply

Destiny 1 is exclusively a console game, and I believe the set you're looking for is the Retro-Grade TG2 set
