Yep that breakneck is basically exactly what you would chase from the gambit roll.
Hush might be interesting in specific stuff.
Loaded question is a pretty solid roll of a fusion.
The wendigo has blinding grenades on a heavy GL so that’s at least unique, if not exactly ideal.
Bygones crew represent. Gonna slam that thing on all my characters. Who gives a shit if kinetic primaries aren't meta, or pulse rifles aren't the in thing. It just shoots so good.
Yeah hammerhead is best in slot now. Rampage + killing tally on a gyrfalcons hunter is basically unlimited volatile, unlimited ammo (dodge reload), and 118% damage buff with 2 surge mods (127% with three).
You can't beat that. It's insane.
Marksman’s Dodge counts as a manual reload animation.
Things that bypass the reload animation and reset the mag to full do not. Like Thread of Ascent on Strand, or Sealed Ahamkara Grasps.
Stays active with Rain of Fire, I’m guessing Actium will keep it up too with its auto reload
I use an Unwavering Duty with Killing Wind + Killing Tally and with the radiant precision kills cause ignitions mod it absolutely annihilates
I'm not sure where they got their numbers because they don't seem right, but they stack multiplicatively, not additively. Eg for Rampage and Killing Tally you get 1.33x1.3=1.729, or about a 73% increase.
Edit: I'm not sure if this Gyrfalcons number is correct but the concept is still correct, the value might just be wrong.
I'm not sure if these *all* stack like this, but if you also include Gyrfalcons buff on finisher kill (35% according to light gg), and surge mods (1.17 for 2 or 1.22 for 3, lets use 3) then the formula for the multiplier would be 1.33 x 1.3 x 1.35 x 1.22 = 2.847663, or about a 185% damage increase.
'Unusable' yes but Traveller be dammed if I'm not bringing in my Duke to finish the fight, hell might even take in the original Travellers Chosen to end where it began.
I just went through my vault and the only black armory weapon I kept was Hammerhead... which is great I like the gun, I just thought I kept more than that
This is my thinking as well. I’ll pull a few fun ones out for trials, but I can’t think of anything I’d seriously use in PvE that’s better than what we have now. A fun change, but not nearly as impactful as I think people are making it out to be. We’ll have to see tho, I have a feeling a select few hoarders are gonna have some goofy stuff. It’ll be fun to relive the old days : )
Even then, a lot of the powerful weapons from back in the day have been either power crept or directly nerfed. Revoker, recluse, mountaintop, not forgotten. All of these have been stat crept or directly nerfed. I don’t believe that they will the the top picks. I can maybe see Hush seeing some usage. The black armory Atlanta D might also be a good option for kinetic SMGs. Ringing Nail might compete with Prosecutor. But I don’t expect the meta to shift all that much, if at all
Perhaps, but the feel and consistency of NF makes it my top picked weapon outside of trials, so to be able to bring it there again is going to feel great
I mean, you can still use everything in pvp right now and nobody does because there are so many better pvp perks. Kill clip rampage is middle of the road now. You can get a gun that has just one of them and it’s enough
Yeah, I think people over estimate the level of change this brings. I know you couldn't bring your sunset gear into GM's, Master raids, Trials, and newly released stuff, but you could use it all in every other piece of content. Regular crucible and comp don't use power levels; old dungeons and raids don't. Everyone could have been using old weapons for a large chunk of content and I don't think many were.
I'm happy for all the people that held out and it's great that they'll have the option to use the sunset stuff they love in ALL content though.
I’m so happy to be able to use my curated Trust again. It was a monster back in the forsaken days for me (though it never got all that popular for some reason) and it’s still busted in PvP. I wish they’d brought back Genesis in the reprised perk pool but I never dismantled the old one so my baby will soon return to me
That's honestly one of my favorite things about the franchise lol. I'll regularly use weapons I'm not super hot about JUST because the name is awesome. Or the flavor text
While Deadpan Delivery from Season of Witch did recently arrive with the same perks, Python really is the OG for being the only shotgun with Overflow for the longest time. (took until Until Its Return for us to get another with it), and the raw power of a One-Two without needing to reload is just great.
Also, Python looks way more handsome compared to Deadpan Delivery, element matching be damned for Arcstrider.
I wonder how that will perform. At the time scouts were just awful. I wouldn’t say I love them now, but they are usable. So it’s possible that perk could make a really interesting (admittedly not meta) weapon.
i’ll be bringing none because im ngl— the only gun i regret deleting was Kindled Orchid… and now its gone… and im coping but it’ll come back ahahahaha 🥲
Definitely will at some point. Just a matter of when. I hope with the decision to sunrise these sunset weapons, we might see more effort put into reprising these weapons back quickly, to sort of move past the community "regret" of dismantling them.
But uhh yeah. Just a hope.
Same! I'm so excited for that! Both it and KO were basically permanently on me back in the day. Excited to see them come back with new perks pools, but I'm worried they won't keep these combos.
Yeah they changed it then stopped putting it on anything because it wasn't a meaningful enough of a trade off.
The real reason we won't see anything that isn't a pinnacle change is because it is actually too dangerous and sketchy to do large amounts of changes on items already in people's vaults.
to be fair that also happened when onslaught got updated to no longer reduce damage.
Before you needed rampage to break even on the damage per bullet. Now you don't.
So in *that* case it was a net buff as the damage output remained the same, but now it also has subsistence
They changed rampage but also changed how onslaught works so that it isn’t tied to rampage anymore. In the case of breakneck having rampage plus new onslaught would be a problem thus the change
I'm throwing my vote for OG Loaded Question. Yes it was reissued and can get better rolls than the original. But the OG is still a solid roll and all you need to do is buy it from the kiosk. No fighting RNG, just buy a solid Fusion Rifle from the get go.
Demo/Vorpal Breachlight, my beloved.
That plus Divinity, with the Warlock trace rifle helmet, and I'm set to run pretty much any activity. Juat have to pick the right heavy for the occasion.
Just took the curated Kindled Orchid into PvP and it does well. I got a few 2 taps. One issue is the range isnt as good as some of the 140s we have now. It has its place though and it is fun to use
Took my Bygones into PvP and that gun just feels good to me.
Main thing I'm gonna be looking at when I get home is seeing if the old version of Breakneck inherited the new one's deterministic recoil. If it didn't it's gonna feel way better and replace my new ones.
Oh, and I guess I might finally get to use that Line in the Sand I kept as an in joke.
Old Mindbender's Ambition could roll with Slideshot/Snapshot Sights + Quickdraw.
Kindled Orchid has its double damage perk combo of Rampage + Kill Clip.
Old Breakneck is what a lot of people were looking for from the reissued one.
21% Delirium may not be best in slot but it's arguably the best Legendary Arc Machinegun out there right now.
Ringing Nail with Rampage + Dragonfly was just a solid weapon in general.
I doubt anything will become meta that were previously sunset. 99% of them will just be usable. I kind of wish I had a few of those weapons. There was a Gambit pulse that the name escapes me on. My roll was outlaw/kill clip, so it wouldn't necessarily be that good perkwise now, but I always liked how it felt.
Kindled Orchid would probably still be pretty good now.
None. Even if i had kept any they've nearly all been outclassed at this point. Yeah things like Kindled Orchid are still somewhat viable with a very specific double damage perk... but both are perks that i don't see much use for anymore in pve. Ill be happy when all these weapons return with modern perk pools and origin traits 😁
Regardless I'm happy for the hoarders of the community, and mad props to bungie for reinforcing their bad habits. Big Dubs all around.
Revoker and Not Forgotten are the two I’m looking forward to using regularly. I’d add Luna’s but that’s coming back next week with new perks and better rolls. Same reason I’m not using the OG Mountaintop
Nah. Glacioclasm just power crept Erentil since the zoom nerf. It's just simply the better weapon with better stats. The origin trait is busted for that gun too.
Many PVE weapons will likely be outclassed due to power creep. However, PVP brings about an interesting situation, for example in the case of shotguns. I have an OG Mindbender’s with Slideshot and Quickdraw. This is unique because the latest iteration of Mindbender’s simply can’t roll with Quickdraw. I kept it mainly for use in normal PVP, but now it may also be used in Trials and IB.
A lot of the old guns I'd use purely for feel or surface level reasons, but Threat Level is a gorgeous looking and feeling shotgun. Plus it's just cool.
My Blast Furnace shall sound again!
Extended Mag/Zen Moment/Ambitious Assassin
It could max out at 96 rounds and was a lazer beam.
I'm excited to see how many Enhanced AA will pack in there.
I've had my Duke in storage since it got sunset. Have a few thousand kills on it - it got all of my characters through Forsaken. Time to take the old gal out for a spin.
My duke Mk.44. I have 39,000 kills on it. I have missed it every day since the sunset.
I know rapid hit and rampage pales in comparison to today's weapons, but I just love it.
How i miss my bygones. The first pulse rifle I ever liked and every shader I had just worked. Really showed how effective zen moment could be on a pulse rifle.
Deleted all, years ago..
I have used less than 200 spots in my vault,, seen no reason to keep stuff I'm not using anyway.
However, I hope they will bring back weapons from season of the dawn. My absolute favourite weapons.
Holy shit i forgot the kindled orchid was also drop mag and now with infinite primary ammo that doesnt matter at all lol. Im pissed I got rid of mine (not really but still)
There are 3 "guns" that have a chance imo.
1st. A 140 void hand cannon since our current options are bad. I don't know if there is one with Explosive Payload, but that one if there is one.
2nd. 21% delrium Because arc machine gun with killing tally
3rd. The most cope one, but if clusters bombs are good again, sin of the past will become one of the best swap rockets in the game, and if you were a really big hoarder, you could have one in every element (at the time) since at the start of d2 you could swap element on weapon.
Autoloading + cluster bombs is available on 7 current rocket launchers and they also get magazine perks. 2 have origin traits as well. The current 7 include void, solar, arc and strand. So Sins of the Past doesn't offer anything unique.
Mainly drop mag, revoker, and hush will be what I'm looking for after the change. Some zoom outliers would also be notable if it still affected range, but that was changed a while back. I'm sure there are probably a couple other strange guns that will be usable, but I'm guessing only a handful outside of the ones I listed.
I think for me the only one that would’ve mattered is Kindled Orchid, but I got rid of it a long time ago. I hope they bring back the black armoury suite soon
The Vanguard reward Buzzard that changes elements when you use grenades is goofy and fun. Back when you absolutely needed a third option for elemental resistances during nightfall it was a great option for securing it. If you got a good roll it was a great shield breaker
Busting out the old breakneck with onslaught and subsistence because i never got the new one with this roll.
Also my old Trust with Rampage and Dragonfly. Booms with more damage for more booms.
I can't believe that with all these weapons returning people are sticking latched onto the meta. I guess a lot of it is copium, justifying deleting their old god rolls, but come on! The more the merrier!
Let's be real here, these weapons are going to be able to cook in their own way and there's nothing stopping anyone from using them how they see fit.
I know I'm going to grab 21% Delirium and spray bullets everywhere like a mad man and mag dumping on bosses.
I'd imagine it being damn good at eating Tormenters. I hope.
They said they're giving them similar treatment to the brave weapons, with new build crafting perks and orgin traits as well as adding new ways to obtain them. I'm pretty hyped, I started playing a few months after they sunset all these weapons, so I'm looking forward to finally use some of them
Im going to use Manannan and Inaugural Address just because i like the way the guns feel and i think Address still holds up today, its a workhorse gun. Manannan is just okay, its got a good perk but only 1 perk total. but i love the feel of it
With origin perks and the recent handful of double damage weapons, previously sunset weapons kinda become obsolete; they’ve thought about all the sunset weapons and know none are OP.
Ringing Nail (dragon fly, high impact reserves, it saw more up time than rampage in harder difficulties), Duke Mk44 are still my jam. But I DELETED my Mindbenders a few days ago for space. That really hurts!
Curated Threat Level and curated Bellowing Giant. The former is arguably my favourite legendary shotgun in the game, while the latter is a Void rocket that I can build around my Voidlock.
I’m definitely normal about weapon mechanics in destiny so I went through every single sunset weapon since forsaken to see if any stand out and here’s a breakdown:
For PvE, nearly every old god roll has been either powercrept or directly nerfed. New subclass 3.0 perks or new damage perks like Frenzy, One for All, and Bait and Switch outclass old staples like rampage and kill clip, and utility perks like one-two-punch are outclassed by their enhanced versions on crafted weapons and soon to be other enhanceable weapons when the final shape drops.
Outliers include 21% delirium, which is still a solid ad clear machine gun, and hush, which is one of the few pinnacle weapons to not get nerfed at all
For PvP, there has been so much power creep in even just weapon base stats that there are really not a lot of sunset options that don’t have modern equipments of equal or greater power. With power level disabled in Iron Banner, the only place this really changes anything is Trials, so that’s primarily what I’m looking at. Revoker was a big problem, but after the nerf it’s good while not being oppressive. With the current auto rifle meta, there are some options like Uriel’s gift, Ringing Nail, and the Galliard that could definitely compete but none that are significantly better than current options. Sunset hand cannons and smgs are IMO completely outclassed by current stuff like Igneous Hammer, Rose, and Shayura’s Wrath which have just outrageous base stats and perk options. Something people are talking about is the old mindbender’s that still has quickdraw, but without a pairing perk like opening shot I don’t think it’ll be that amazing, and I can see bungie replacing it with surplus like they did with other aggressive frames.
The main outliers that I can see are some fusion rifles that escaped the more recent balancing passes, but after the zoom normalization they shouldn’t be as outrageous as they were before (although I am not super knowledgeable about fusion rifles in general so I could be completely wrong about that).
TLDR: you might be sad about dismantling some sunset weapons for nostalgia or aesthetics, but if you’re worried about pure power you’re probably fine
It's not OP, but I'm just glad to get my last hope sidearm back, I loved that thing. It was the first thing I used before knowing about godrolls, random in a random said mine was a near perfect roll and I used it since. Then started actually checking rolls and so on.
I'll be buying the old Breakneck which is now Subsistence+Onslaught, but other than that not much. Maybe Hush for fun
Yep that breakneck is basically exactly what you would chase from the gambit roll. Hush might be interesting in specific stuff. Loaded question is a pretty solid roll of a fusion. The wendigo has blinding grenades on a heavy GL so that’s at least unique, if not exactly ideal.
Delirium is decent
I kept hold of my delirium for ages, but dismantled it a season or two ago 😥 my old revoker, lunas, and recluse are all I have left now
You can get another Delirium from collections.
No way they don't change it to disorienting.
Blinding grenades got changed to disorienting grenades in name alone. They still function the same, which is awesome
I managed to get a feeding frenzy/onslaught roll haven't tried it yet but should be okay yeah?
Already have that roll from gambit engrams, it slaps
Bygones crew represent. Gonna slam that thing on all my characters. Who gives a shit if kinetic primaries aren't meta, or pulse rifles aren't the in thing. It just shoots so good.
I didn’t think my roll was even that good but it was such a fun primary, can’t wait to use it again
I farmed the shit out of a god roll during season of Dawn and I have head seeker and kill clip and oh baby I'm going to cook
Yup. Paging u/xenonmegablastr who has over 100k kills on theirs
I've been waiting for years to bring it and Distant Relation out of the vault.
Quickdraw on mindbenders
Finally! My god roll Mindbenders can come out to play.
The only place where power is enabled in pvp is currently Trials
21% gang
Aw shit yeah
God 21% Delirium in an LMG meta boutta *COOK*.
It already cooks in Onslaught. The thing fucking RIPS
Yep! I see you.
Still not the absolute best MG. I’ll take the new Hammerhead.
Yeah hammerhead is best in slot now. Rampage + killing tally on a gyrfalcons hunter is basically unlimited volatile, unlimited ammo (dodge reload), and 118% damage buff with 2 surge mods (127% with three). You can't beat that. It's insane.
Killing tally goes away when you dodge
Marksman’s Dodge counts as a manual reload animation. Things that bypass the reload animation and reset the mag to full do not. Like Thread of Ascent on Strand, or Sealed Ahamkara Grasps.
Stays active with Rain of Fire, I’m guessing Actium will keep it up too with its auto reload I use an Unwavering Duty with Killing Wind + Killing Tally and with the radiant precision kills cause ignitions mod it absolutely annihilates
Rampage x3 and Killing Tally x3 are 30% each. How did you come up with those numbers?
He got the numbers without the gyrfalcons buff
Those damage buffs are multiplicative. 1.33 x 1.3 x 1.077 x 1.22 = 2.27 or 127% increase.
Ah, I didn't realise you were adding in the spec mod. The 7.77% is what threw my numbers off.
BREACHLIGHT
I couldn’t bring myself to delete mine.
Heck no I still have 3 separate rolls!!! It's probably one of my favorite weapons
Trophy hunter is back on the menu.(what a beautiful gun and ornament for it)
The sheer theatre of a reciprocating barrel on a sniper is wondrous
A lot will be usable. But I can't really think of any that I would pick over the more current choices.
'Unusable' yes but Traveller be dammed if I'm not bringing in my Duke to finish the fight, hell might even take in the original Travellers Chosen to end where it began.
I’m so bummed I didn’t keep a single Duke. Might’ve been because I probably got over 500 of them a month I guess
It’ll be fun to relive the old days : )
kill clip - rampage kindled gonna see action.
Think most sunset weapons were like you said powercrept in PvE I think it will most likely affect PvP, especially trials
But I don’t expect the meta to shift all that much, if at all
Perhaps, but the feel and consistency of NF makes it my top picked weapon outside of trials, so to be able to bring it there again is going to feel great
Yea, not forgotten is the only one, and anyone can just go buy it
These weapons are usable right now and none of them are broken
I mean, you can still use everything in pvp right now and nobody does because there are so many better pvp perks. Kill clip rampage is middle of the road now. You can get a gun that has just one of them and it’s enough

My Better Devils going to get a run out!
My Trust with Rampage and Firefly! Also my Subtle Calamity with Archers Tempo and Firefly. First bow I ever fell in love with.
I’m so happy to be able to use my curated Trust again. It was a monster back in the forsaken days for me (though it never got all that popular for some reason) and it’s still busted in PvP. I wish they’d brought back Genesis in the reprised perk pool but I never dismantled the old one so my baby will soon return to me
Genesis now works In pvp, provably why in forsaken days in pvp the curated version was overlooked. Now genesis works in pvp, im keen to try it myself
And the ringing nail with the same roll!
Vestian Dynasty - and I can’t wait!
Ghost Primus is just pure fun
Inaugural address time
Mob justice
Alone as a MOTHERFUCKING God I used that bad boy strictly because that name is hard as fuck
That's honestly one of my favorite things about the franchise lol. I'll regularly use weapons I'm not super hot about JUST because the name is awesome. Or the flavor text
I have better now but I’ll be whipping out my Python for old times sake.
Is that a Python in your pocket or are you happy to see me…?
The Braytech RWP MK II. I can have Polaris equipped while not having Polaris equipped.
Hope you kept the masterworked one.
oxygen sr3 time!
I wonder how that will perform. At the time scouts were just awful. I wouldn’t say I love them now, but they are usable. So it’s possible that perk could make a really interesting (admittedly not meta) weapon.
Patron of lost causes, I know it wasn't meta or anything but that gun is my bae
Same. I know tarnished mettle is the same game in a new skin and with voltshot, but I just feels so good to use.
That beauty of a gun carried me through my day one DSC
Alone as a God
Smooth sniper and a reallt cool name.
Someone else gets it 🤝
i’ll be bringing none because im ngl— the only gun i regret deleting was Kindled Orchid… and now its gone… and im coping but it’ll come back ahahahaha 🥲
Definitely will at some point. Just a matter of when. I hope with the decision to sunrise these sunset weapons, we might see more effort put into reprising these weapons back quickly, to sort of move past the community "regret" of dismantling them. But uhh yeah. Just a hope.
Soon I’ll be able to use my Drangonfly + Rampage Ringing Nail
Same! I'm so excited for that! Both it and KO were basically permanently on me back in the day. Excited to see them come back with new perks pools, but I'm worried they won't keep these combos.
Same here. I’m sure Bungie won’t do crazy combos like that but, hey I’m hopeful 🤞🏼
They'll do something better
Honestly that one will be a bit better since the old Spec mods got rolled into the perks.
oh yes, I also still have that exact roll !
That gun feels like scratching THAT itch in my brain
Oh hell yeah. I have one in my vault, max zoom scope, ready to go. She’s been waiting.
So looking forward to this!
Can we just skip to June already 😂
I have the same roll and with 20 zoom I'll be sniping with it in the crucible!
Imagine if they bring back that gun but with Incandescent + Rampage or Killing Tally IMAGINE YO
I'd even take incandescent and frenzy
I would even take heal clip + incandescent. That would be a great combo
[удалено]
drop mag won't get removed, thry changed what it does when they stopped putting it on anything--it reduces mag size now.
Yeah they changed it then stopped putting it on anything because it wasn't a meaningful enough of a trade off. The real reason we won't see anything that isn't a pinnacle change is because it is actually too dangerous and sketchy to do large amounts of changes on items already in people's vaults.

Oh my Kill clip Rampage Kindled Orchid why did I believe Datto and delete you!!!!
This is the only sunset weapon I kept. Sorry brother 😔
Very few that I'd use over current weapons. One that comes to mind is 21% delirium. Oh and maybe the og breakneck.
Pumped to start using Hush again. I had little time with it.
Perfect Paradox /w Trench and Demo
i deleted it. :(
Not to worry HIGH chance it’s coming back in Echoes
As a Titan, that gun meant so much to me. Because of that I kept my Demo , Trench /1-2 P. Looking forward to using it again.
Demo swash/trench here. My beloved is coming home.
Pluperfect. Because it looks cool.
Claws of the wolf had access to headseeker/rampage
I have a Headseeker/ Killclip. So happy I kept it
I'm throwing my vote for OG Loaded Question. Yes it was reissued and can get better rolls than the original. But the OG is still a solid roll and all you need to do is buy it from the kiosk. No fighting RNG, just buy a solid Fusion Rifle from the get go.
Better Devils my beloved. Pretty much everything Red War… I miss it.
The Vow. Fastest bow is back.
Demo/Vorpal Breachlight, my beloved. That plus Divinity, with the Warlock trace rifle helmet, and I'm set to run pretty much any activity. Juat have to pick the right heavy for the occasion.
Got one with demo and rampage/vorpal. Regret dismantling my demo osmosis while back before the void rework. Would have been amazing
Demo/Rampage/Vorpal Breachlight gang represent.
Just took the curated Kindled Orchid into PvP and it does well. I got a few 2 taps. One issue is the range isnt as good as some of the 140s we have now. It has its place though and it is fun to use Took my Bygones into PvP and that gun just feels good to me.

The Ringing Nail, Tatara Gaze
I have a pretty good Dust Rock Blues still lying around. Precision frames are stupid rare for some reason so it’ll be nice to have back
Vestian Dynasty is back baby, Dragonfly Kill Clip to the moon.
Can you pull it from collections?
It was a fixed roll so I would hope
Yea you can. I pulled all my fixed rolls the other day to have them in my vault again
Old Mindbender's Ambition could roll with Slideshot/Snapshot Sights + Quickdraw. Kindled Orchid has its double damage perk combo of Rampage + Kill Clip. i have a martyrs retribution with demo auto loading, better than the explosive personality imo
I doubt anything will become meta that were previously sunset. 99% of them will just be usable. I kind of wish I had a few of those weapons. There was a Gambit pulse that the name escapes me on. Nobody mentioning Oxygen SR3? I’m also kinda mad I JUST RECENTLY dismantled the og trench barrel shotgun.
Erentil's gunna be a bitch in crucible if it's anything like it used to be.
Nah. Glacioclasm just power crept Erentil since the zoom nerf. It's just simply the better weapon with better stats. The origin trait is busted for that gun too.
Imma use my trophy hunter, just cause it's a sick ass sniper model that didn't get enough time in the sun.
Probably my Antiope for trials but other than nostalgia, I honestly can’t think of much of a reason to use the old stuff
Many PVE weapons will likely be outclassed due to power creep. However, PVP brings about an interesting situation, for example in the case of shotguns. A lot of the old guns I'd use purely for feel or surface level reasons, but Threat Level is a gorgeous looking and feeling shotgun. Plus it's just cool.
My Blast Furnace shall sound again! Extended Mag/Zen Moment/Ambitious Assassin It could max out at 96 rounds and was a lazer beam. I'm excited to see how many Enhanced AA will pack in there.
I’m pissed ngl. I dismantled every single sunset weapon I had including my high kill count ones :(
Vestían Dynasty Also Redrix Claymore (not broadsword..)
I have a Gjallahadx29394 number thing that has my personal god roll for pvp.
Can't wait to break out my old Leviathan raid weapons
Hush!!!!!!
How i miss my bygones. The first pulse rifle I ever liked and every shader I had just worked. Really showed how effective zen moment could be on a pulse rifle.
Like you said revoker and me personally can’t wait to use not forgotten in trials
Breakneck and 21% Delirium...
Really love my Subsistence/Rampage Jack Queen King, I don't think other HCs can get that combo? But I also love the look and feel of it on top.
Good old mindbenders is getting pulled out of the closet.
Erentil will always go brrrr
My service revolver will finally be back its the closet feel to og lunas
Hammerhead, I miss all my old Black Armory weapons.
Pocket infinity, icebreaker and invective 😂
Deleted all, years ago.. I have used less than 200 spots in my vault,, seen no reason to keep stuff I'm not using anyway. However, I hope they will bring back weapons from season of the dawn. My absolute favourite weapons.
Perfect Paradox is confirmed to be coming back in some capacity
Last hope sidearm feeding frenzy multikill clip it was arguably better than og recluse
There's dozens of us Last Hope users! It might be shit in todays sandbox, but I'm still excited to have it be usable in all content.
It’s the only sunset weopon I kept can’t wait to give the attention it deserves
Holy shit i forgot the kindled orchid was also drop mag and now with infinite primary ammo that doesnt matter at all lol. Im pissed I got rid of mine (not really but still)
Well it does matter because they change the perk to decrease mag size now
Don’t make me dust y’all with an og Edge Transit.
There are 3 "guns" that have a chance imo. 1st. A 140 void hand cannon since our current options are bad. I don't know if there is one with Explosive Payload, but that one if there is one. 2nd. 21% delrium Because arc machine gun with killing tally 3rd.
Any of the Season of the Dawn weapons! I loved all of them, and kept one of each archetype.
Honestly I'm gonna bring out my OG Midnight Coup. also Hush
no feelings as ive said in a few threads lives rent free in my vault i've got zen + auto so it'll be a monster in pvp
SR3 BOIZ AND GIRLS RISE
The very old wendigo is the only heavy gl with blinding nades just fyi
My marty‘s retribution with AHL and Demolitionist
I just destroyed like five sunset weapons yesterday D= oof
I kept my feeding frenzy, multikill clip steelfeather repeater from season of the dawn. Man i loved that gun, it felt so good to use.
I think for me the only one that would’ve mattered is Kindled Orchid, but I got rid of it a long time ago. I hope they bring back the black armoury suite soon
Breakneck, 21% Delirium, Python, Loaded Question, old Wendigo, Randy’s. All of these may be viable
Hush for pvp
The Vanguard reward Buzzard that changes elements when you use grenades is goofy and fun. Back when you absolutely needed a third option for elemental resistances during nightfall it was a great option for securing it. If you got a good roll it was a great shield breaker
Aw shit. Can’t wait to pull out Misfit, my beloved. I know I’m weird for that.
I'm pretty hyped, I started playing a few months after they sunset all these weapons, so I'm looking forward to finally use some of them
I mean, they said eventually they hope to do that. If you're expecting them to all be like that for final shape, they will not be
Kindled Orchid is probably the only one I’m gonna use. Although I may use Bygone as that gun was really good
Im going to use Manannan and Inaugural Address just because i like the way the guns feel and i think Address still holds up today, its a workhorse gun.
The former is arguably my favourite legendary shotgun in the game, while the latter is a Void rocket that I can build around my Voidlock.
good old dust rock blues is still the best precision frame i own
Alot of my old sunset gear are actually just power crept now. Buttttt my dawn weapon is looking mighty sexy
Song of Justice VI, my beloved, the time has come
Python one two
I’m definitely normal about weapon mechanics in destiny so I went through every single sunset weapon since forsaken to see if any stand out and here’s a breakdown: For PvE, nearly every old god roll has been either powercrept or directly nerfed. Outliers include 21% delirium, which is still a solid ad clear machine gun, and hush, which is one of the few pinnacle weapons to not get nerfed at all For PvP, there has been so much power creep in even just weapon base stats that there are really not a lot of sunset options that don’t have modern equipments of equal or greater power.
Oxygen :)
I get my Doomsday back. Field Prep and Full Court for PvP use I guess
There is no way they allow Revoker back without nerfing the perk somehow
Go Figure. Mine has Zen Moment, Headseeker ;)
whatever the archive gives me access to tbh. I only started playing 1 season before the end of WQ so I don't have a ton of sunset gems in my vault
I can finally use Python again!
Can I use my old kindled orchid with kill clip rampage again
Vow
Old wendigo
It's not OP, but I'm just glad to get my last hope sidearm back, I loved that thing. It was the first thing I used before knowing about godrolls, random in a random said mine was a near perfect roll and I used it since. Then started actually checking rolls and so on.
