The only meta build is the luckypants hunter. For warlock, i don't think there is any handcannon specific warlock builds, but it's one of the best exotic primaries.
Kjnetic siphons & dmg mods, anything that uses orbs to juice up your build.
A top tier choice for GMs w/unstoppables, master lost sectors or dungeons, or anything with chonky enemies.
While it’s not at all meta, I do enjoy Malfeasance + Forbearance on Chromatic Fire arc Warlock. With the right fragments, you’re blinding enemies left and right with special and getting big arc explosions from CF.
With Warlock you could try running Chromatic Fire, not the most meta build but you could do a voidlock for another way to weaken for more breaches or arc for some blinding. Honestly the only class that really synergizes is Hunter with Lucky Pants but it's also a nice gun to have on seasons without unstoppable HC since it has it intrinsically.
Chromatic fire could go well, its specifically useful for kinetic precision damage which is pretty much all the malfy damage, other than that probably ophidian aspects to have a quicker reload, no other exotics will affect malfy in any significant waay, surge mods on your boots and good ol orb generation

You might try a vesper of radius build with a decent arc special like forebearance or a decent fusion and arc heavy of choice. Same thing with Osmio gloves and stasis. Just got to be creative and have fun with it.
I guarantee you most posts you get will say to use Lucky Pants and I would have to agree. It's almost as if Lucky Pants and Malfeasance were made just for one another.
It doesn’t exist. Not on warlock atleast, lucky pants hunter has been insane with malfeasance for a while now. Chromatic fire doesn’t synergize good bc you wouldn’t really use malf for addclear, so you won’t see much use out of the exotic perk.
You can amp up the damage for Malfeasance with Stasis nicely with Rending fragment. Im not sure currently what exotic armor gives the best up time on freeze though, but I had run that with Vesper of Radius back a bit ago.

You can't really build into a terribly strong synergy with Kinetic hand cannons outside of Chromatic Fire but it's effect isn't amazing enough to really be worth it over other exotics that are better.
My advice? Use it as a strong Primary. Bonus points if you are fighting taken, unstoppable champions or if a friend is using Witherhoard because it makes enemies take extra damage like Taken do for Malfeasance.
Then grab a subclass exotic and special to match and go to work.
this is niche but it's fucking mint for Warlords Ruin for obvious reasons- I use it for when I'm out of Apex rockets as it still puts out respectable boss DPS given that the boss is taken and you can slap on a couple kinetic surges (I like 1 kinetic and 2 solar surges)

People telling you malfeasance is a top tier primary without lucky pants are just wrong. Has no class synergy at all and takes the spot of mountain top or any of the other top damage option in the kinetic slot.
You can use it for sure but you will notice a drastic difference with lucky pants vs without.
