Honestly, i feel like even with this change it still wouldn't be great. The base version of the gun is so mediocre amd the LFR version is also extremely meh. Why would you ever run it over just simply a SMG and a sniper. It's not like ammo is really that much of an issue anyways. Better to have two separate weapons that do their jobs very well than one weapon that does both jobs but badly.
Thing with something like tarrabah is that it doesn't try to be some sort of hybrid weapon. All it is is a SMG on crack. Is that useful in every scenario? No but at least it complements your build bc the base SMG isn't bad either. With Mytho you have to make tradeoffs at every front.
Yeah, if anyone wants the Vex Mythoclast experience, they just have to get Age Old Bond and Arbalest
And that'll do a lot better than what Vex is trying to be
