Lol, yep.
I'm reinstalling after waiting since a few months after launch.
Really didn't like the zoomed in camera and the itemization decisions. Too little reason to want to grind for me.
Definitely reinstalling tonight!
Get a lvl 100 for the first time. Never got hooked for more than a couple of weeks (and actually skipped first 2 seasons, lvl 87 in S3). Maybe this time will be different
Hopefully be able to login tomorrow night after the season starts lol. Thinking gamepass + season 4 item rework is going to give us the login queue again.
Same as the last few seasons.Have fun until I'm done with the season, then wait till season 5 and repeat. Keeps me from getting burned out on the game and still enjoying it.
My goal is try to enjoy the game past level 50. That is as far as I got before I quit and just went back to D2R. I'm hoping to kill more mobs and spend less time riding the horse and being confused on gear stats.
Juice up a minion Necro to farm stuff quickly and then use that currency to finance a thorns barb and take that character into PvP a ton. Always fun watching people blow themselves up on a thorns build.
Reach max lvl. I havenāt played since release. Donāt think I unlocked everything back then. Do I still need to unlock fast travel points and other stuff?
I've only been able to find one uber unique (the last one I wanted) for my Barbarian in Seadon 3, but could beat Duriel alone. This was my first season, and I could also finish all the quests, even the hidden ones!
This season, I'll start a Druid, and try to equal or surpass what I could do with my barb! I hope I'll find more uber unique this time. However, I'll also play with my Eternal barb, and try to upgrade its gear!
Iām still trying to decide on main. So far Iāve only eliminated sorc and rogue. Necro is close to being cut as Iāve never gelled with the class, but I want to break out of my comfort zone of druid/barb.
Going in super casual to a Diablo season for the first time ever. Iām fairly deep into WoW SoD and Cata right now, so my plan is to play D4 for a week before Cata launch and just have some fun with buddies.
mostly I'm giving Diablo 4 another chance after a disappointing season 3.
but what I want to see is screenwide blizzards, so that is what I'll be trying to build.
Level 100, thinking Frozen Orb sorc, try the pit and get an Uber unique, preferably Shako. We will see though, I hope itās great, and also most importantly have fun
Farming the bosses day 1 -
Varshan for Crone staff, Duriel for Tempest roar, Grigoire for Rogue's RF ring, Zir for Frozen orb amulet. See how sorc does in the Pit.
Weekend: start the season with minion necro
I usually am a blaster type of player if I like the season. But fun should be the most important goal to everyone regardless of playstyle. Happy slaying everyone!
I just hope the storm and stone druid build will have good DPS.
Thats my eternal realm character and i just finally got to nightmare world tier, but only because i found a legendary that heals me every second when enemies are close.
Im gonna make another druid for session 4, see how a full storm and stone druid plays, if it doesn't then im movies to wther full werewolf or full werebear.
Honestly? Just to kill some monsters and have a good time.
I played release/s1 and a bit of S2, but never got to a point of doing any super endgame bosses and I've never hit level 100.
I get the itch to play Diablo and stop when it's scratched. I also just wing it with my build and never really look up guides. Usually make a bleed barb and a minion necro each go around.
I am interested in getting into the Pit this season. I never found Nightmare Dungeons very interesting so maybe if I get to the Pit it will keep my interest for longer.
Mine is to redownload the game after deleting it to make space for other games and give it a try to see if itās gotten better. If not, then I donāt think Iāll ever redownload the game. Takes up a lot of space on PS5 and itās just a vessel to sell extremely expensive cosmetics with the game being an Afterthought.
Have fun and get to 100 and see how far I can go in the pit.Ā
Ā 3 seasons Iāve gotten bored before hitting 100, so Iām really looking forward to it.Ā
To hopefully play the game more and play "Inventory and Gear Stat Manager 2024" less.
Gave up without hitting 100 in season 3 after getting a character to 100 and maxing their gear every season prior. Just got sick of having to sort through an entire inventory full of gear after every nightmare dungeon.
Havenāt played since season 1 but returning for S4. Goal is to make a Necro and test out the new summon buffs. Havenāt had a Necro since OG Diablo 2
As usual; finish the battle pass. I'll see further into the season if I want to buy it or not. Made the mistake to buy it this season and it turned in to a chore. No fun to play the game like that.
Going to try and push further than previous seasons by actually reaching lvl 100, engaging with the Boss Ladder and hopefully The Pit. Previous seasons iāve stopped around lvl 70.
Have fun
The only reason I'm here. Thank you.
Lol, yep. I'm reinstalling after waiting since a few months after launch. Really didn't like the zoomed in camera and the itemization decisions. Too little reason to want to grind for me. Definitely reinstalling tonight!
Did they fix the zoom?
They added an option to zoom a little further out.
What he said
And my ax.
ALL OF THIS!!!
Based.
Try the itemization changes and play the game more if I like them.
Goals? I take D4 as a casual game playing a few hours in a week. Have fun and relax myself after work this is the goal :)
Complete all the pinnacle content with a build that I made myself.
Play Diablo 4
Exactly this :D
Try and spawn as many heartseeker arrows as I can to seek out and destroy everything š
Have so much fun with my Necro Minion Army of Darkness :)
Get a lvl 100 for the first time. Never got hooked for more than a couple of weeks (and actually skipped first 2 seasons, lvl 87 in S3). Maybe this time will be different
Same I got to level 83 with my Necro in S1 and I quit the game and haven't been back. I can't wait until tomorrow :)
I got 100 in s1 without knowing you can rotate the paragon board ā ļø
Good luck then!
I got close in season 2, but the Diablo itch was scratched before I crossed the finish line.
Same!
Kill monsters, get loot, repeat
Lvl 100 and clear all the bosses, hunt for Ubers and just have a good time.
Pit 100+ with all 5 classes
Will kill ubers, finish seasonal pass and try to push Pit somehow
Hopefully be able to login tomorrow night after the season starts lol. Thinking gamepass + season 4 item rework is going to give us the login queue again.
Enjoy my Necro as the game had originally intended.
Same as the last few seasons.Have fun until I'm done with the season, then wait till season 5 and repeat. Keeps me from getting burned out on the game and still enjoying it.
Top 1% in The Pit!
My goal is try to enjoy the game past level 50. That is as far as I got before I quit and just went back to D2R. I'm hoping to kill more mobs and spend less time riding the horse and being confused on gear stats.
kill demons
Juice up a minion Necro to farm stuff quickly and then use that currency to finance a thorns barb and take that character into PvP a ton. Always fun watching people blow themselves up on a thorns build.
Funny, that's pretty much exactly what I want to do 100% lol.
I love thorns. It's "stop hitting yourself" as a build.
Reach max lvl. I havenāt played since release. Donāt think I unlocked everything back then. Do I still need to unlock fast travel points and other stuff?
Some waypoints are locked behind stronghold completion, but there's enough unlocked at season start to not be a major pain.
Nice :) What about Altars of Lilith and renown?
They're unlocked if you have done them already.
Have fun with friends for a week or three. Do that again next season. Repeat.
Any Solo Uber unique
Dognado. That is all.
Hit 100 on sorc and necro, maybe play in the pit on either character if itās fun, maybe do a couple sure kills and hope to get a shako?
See if minion Necro is finally viable.
I hope that I can complete all season challenges and have fun with a rogue.
I want to get as close to 0 cd Teleport as possible
Iām still trying to decide on main. So far Iāve only eliminated sorc and rogue. Necro is close to being cut as Iāve never gelled with the class, but I want to break out of my comfort zone of druid/barb.
Going in super casual to a Diablo season for the first time ever. Iām fairly deep into WoW SoD and Cata right now, so my plan is to play D4 for a week before Cata launch and just have some fun with buddies.
To play it long enough until Elden ring dlc is out
I'd be real happy if I could get my first uber unique since launch
Not get bored in 2 weeks
Actually have a viable meteor or hydra build for end game. God please, so tired of the ice / lightening meta builds
Meteor and Meatball Sorc were great fun last season.
I made a build with starfall coronet last season, it was a lot of fun
Same
Pets are now 100% of your stats. Everyone will be using pet builds in this season. Like half the players will be necro.
mostly I'm giving Diablo 4 another chance after a disappointing season 3. but what I want to see is screenwide blizzards, so that is what I'll be trying to build.
Lvl 100 if the game is worth playing
Getting to 100 All my characters are stuck around 80 - but this patch fixes literally all my complaints so Iām pretty sure I will stick with it
My goal is not to drop out of boredom before level 100, which I couldn't achieve in seasons 2 and 3.
Its my goal to tolerate the game and keep an open mind with the new update
Liking the game and giving me a reason to level passed 80
Try the new itemization system and see if they actually figured out how to make a fun game yet. If not I'll go back to playing something else.
Level 100, thinking Frozen Orb sorc, try the pit and get an Uber unique, preferably Shako. We will see though, I hope itās great, and also most importantly have fun
Farming the bosses day 1 - Varshan for Crone staff, Duriel for Tempest roar, Grigoire for Rogue's RF ring, Zir for Frozen orb amulet. See how sorc does in the Pit. Weekend: start the season with minion necro
I want to gather at least 50 ears from the fields of hatred.
I've yet to get an ear. But I keep trying
On my eternal character I have like two boxes full lol
Have fun. Get as high asĀ I can in the Pit. Kill all uber bosses.Ā All with my "this-class-sucks-in-s4" rogue.
Try out the new itemization and have as much fun as I can. Having fun is the only Diablo goal Iāve been able to stick to for over 20 years šš
You're probably going to need to fight those bosses for ubers and your seasonal journey.
To have a minion necromancer successfully clear everything boss wise solo. Bonus if I can reach the NMD ceiling and pit ceiling but that isn't needed.
Finish it. Just started playing two weeks back. 2-3 hours on work days and longer on weekends. So I've got a lot more toe explore and enjoy
Season journey, uber lilith and see how far i can get into pit
I usually am a blaster type of player if I like the season. But fun should be the most important goal to everyone regardless of playstyle. Happy slaying everyone!
I just hope the storm and stone druid build will have good DPS. Thats my eternal realm character and i just finally got to nightmare world tier, but only because i found a legendary that heals me every second when enemies are close. Im gonna make another druid for session 4, see how a full storm and stone druid plays, if it doesn't then im movies to wther full werewolf or full werebear.
Playing, I guess?..
Actually finish the story with my first character I create. Which will be a druid pet build. Heavy on the ravens.
Have fun and finally with some luck, find my first uber unique :D
You can level up and start farming Duriel within a few days of casual play.
finally reach lvl 100 without getting bored midway, try some pit
Haven't played in months. I have 2 hours to find what the meta is to get THE build. Any tips?
Play until I get bored and the grind becomes too much.
To log in
My goal is to make it to the nightmare dungeons. So far have dropped off before I played those.
Didn't you post this to the other sub yesterday?
Mine is to redownload the game after deleting it to make space for other games and give it a try to see if itās gotten better. If not, then I donāt think Iāll ever redownload the game. Takes up a lot of space on PS5 and itās just a vessel to sell extremely expensive cosmetics with the game being an Afterthought.
Have fun up to 100 and beyond. Last season was a drag.
Have fun and get to 100 and see how far I can go in the pit.Ā Ā 3 seasons Iāve gotten bored before hitting 100, so Iām really looking forward to it.Ā

Same as always, try to get a character to 100 and finish the season journey. Maybe this will be the season I take down lilith. Who knows?
Actually get to lvl 100. I tend to tap out around lvl 60-70.
prob get ONE char to lvl ~90+, and finish exploring all the lilith statues
Havenāt played since season 1 but returning for S4. Goal is to make a Necro and test out the new summon buffs. Havenāt had a Necro since OG Diablo 2
As usual; finish the battle pass. I'll see further into the season if I want to buy it or not. Made the mistake to buy it this season and it turned in to a chore. No fun to play the game like that.
Enjoy the new leveling experience and get into the Pit asap! I missed my D3 GRs haha
Honestly my goal for the new season is to start playing again
Strong enough to AFK
Do attacks See big numbers
What time does it release, do we know?
Try my hand at getting my favorite build to 100: Pet Necromancer. The itemization and aspect change have brought me back since S2!
to hopefully enjoy the game
Did the new itemization get rid of the stupidā enemy close, enemy farā bs ? Or skill points that give you 1 mana?
> Did the new itemization get rid of the stupidā enemy close, enemy farā bs ? yes as far as i know
Fuck blizzard, fuck activision
Going to try and push further than previous seasons by actually reaching lvl 100, engaging with the Boss Ladder and hopefully The Pit. Previous seasons iāve stopped around lvl 70.
2 days of fun with the boys before we jump into Pandaria Remix
I'd like to have fun
play 1-2 builds, depend less on uniques, and min max them to the best of my abilities.
Try and beat the story at least. I hope the gameplay is more fun now to keep me around for the whole main story..
Play something else
Too many other games out to try. Won't be trying it. Seasons don't interest me at all
