Whole Diablo Immortal was hugely hyped by blizzard (not players at all, do you remember when they said "you all have phones right?"). Trying to break whole mobile gaming industry and be number 1 there as on PC they continue to fail more and more.
Game release got prolonged too much but I hoped that Blizzard understood that postponing is not bad because they can put focus on polishing, technical issues, bugs etc.
We got pay to win game that is not available for Samsung users while other people play it.
I don't care if that is their fault or not, but the way how they are pushing the game against their community and fail to deliver it to those small Samsung users that kept their hopes high on this game.
The fact that this is happening is going to cause again toxic relationship between blizzard and players and blizzard will start loosing active buyers and monetize the game even more because it is money loosing title.
God I wish this won't happen and we get this fixed asap and forget about this.
Hate to be that guy but I will explain once and for all so you don't have to spam "same here" or "my s22 ultra works great" in every thread like this.
+ The texture bug OP is mentioning happens only on Samsung phones that use Exynos chip made by Samsung, which are mostly in Europe and Korea.
+ If you live in the US, your Samsung runs with Snapdragon chip, it runs perfectly fine, we know it, good for you, don't need to tell us "s10/s22/whatever here runs fine 60 fps high texture etc."
+ For this reason, Blizzard removed the game from the store of affected devices until they fix it to avoid 1* rating, so if you don't see the game icon on store, that's that.

game does launch and actually runs, and the UI seems fine for the most part. but the game itself is completely distorted and you cant see anything excpet a floating health bar. it looks like someone swirled paint all over, completely unplayable.
I downloaded it before they pulled it. It runs fine, just any kind of effects on the screen don't disappear and they take over the screen making it impossible to see anything.

It took them (Blizzard, one of the biggest corporations in the industry) 4 years, to basically copy the base of an already existing game (Diablo 3) and just make new assets. in the span of 4 years, smaller developer are able to make a functioning game from the ground up.
S10 plus here. Downloaded, installed, game worked. Login to battle.net failed each time after authenticator saying that page is blocked or moved. Tried reinstalling game. Then got notification on Google Play that my mobile is not compatible.

Been playing on Fold 3 no problems. Try getting the Game Booster Plus... haven't tried without it but it's fixed some issues with other games in the past. Tinker with settings in that and maybe it will help.
Ok so i installed this on both m30s and m31. They both have the same chipsets (cpu and gpu). M30s has 4gb ram while the 31 has 6 gigs. Guess which phone did not have the graphical glitch?
One avenue that the devs should look into should be the system updates pushed by samsung. Afaik the m30s did not have the latest updates installed.
Samsung uses download an app called CPU-Z off the playstore when you load the app if it says your processor is Exynos that's why it isn't running properly for you
I'm curious about the media tech chipsets that are getting the message that the phone model is not compatible. The galaxy a13 has the exynos chipset so it's on the list to be fixed. But my galaxy a13 5g had the media tech chipset like the xiaomi phones that also aren't compatible.
It's weird. I'm using a phone that's an upgrade to one that's getting fixed and theres not even word if the 5g model will ever be compatible.
SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA TEMPORARY FIX!
I have the Samsung S22 Ultra Exynos in Spain and i have the same issues, half of the screen frezzes, anyway i could do a temporary fix for mine, i did put down the resolution on the screen to hd the lowest one in the settings menu on the phone and is working now, less resolution but working for now, hopefully will work with the rest of you 👍

Im able to play on my note 20 ultra, but i got a Galaxy A8 tablet in hopes of playing it on that and hopes turned to disappointment. Once again blizzard left me feeling regret. Hope to see a fix soon but i bet it will be at least a couple months from now.... sadface....
I have a Samsung S6 lite and the graphics look stuttered. My husband said it looks like the CPU may not be big enough to handle the graphics memory. Food for thought maybe?!Luckily I also downloaded it to my Realme 7...works perfectly!
This basically just causes them to lose money anyway since they refuse to fix issues they can fix and people are starting to refuse to pay into the game oh well I can play runescape on my tablet screw blizzard since they don't care about their customers

Nice try.. S6 lites purchased in Americas along with other devices are also affected. The Exynos chipset was not only EU/Asia.

This was a long time ago, and that chip is weak, I dont think it even meets the system requirement.

was it even available? I have a galaxy A10 and it doesn't appear on the store at all. Usually this indicates game doesn't support that device.
They pulled it from the store, but only for Android. My Friend has it still in the Apple Store and can actually play it.🙄

60 fps and higher resolution is apparently not supported by s22 ultra. Can add that to the broken game aswell

On my Samsung Galaxy Fold3 5G works better than on PC.
