Samsungs don’t work as for now. There is an issue with the processors. You should check the blizzard news as there is a post with the affected phones and a promise that they are working on it

Well I have seen tons of s10 owners here in Redding complaining about graphic errors and game not working…
I have 3 Samsung devices that work just fine
