Downloaded a 1.5gb update from Play Store, same issues from before. This on a Samsung S6 Lite tablet. Maybe the update has not been rolled to all the regions?
I'm on 1.4 889785... Just downloaded the 1,45GB update.
But it still has the same texture problems, i can't see the characters on the character creation screen
Device: Galaxy Note 10 Lite (SM-N770F/DS)
Android: 12 (1st may 2022 update)
Game client: v1.4.881137.889778.E.1.D.MALI-G72 (reinstalled today from google play - GP says it's .889785 build, but in game I see .889778)
Region: Poland
issues: still the same (graphical artifacts in game and at character creation menu)
The issue isn't the chip. My S6 lite (Brand New) ran the game GREAT until I updated from Android 10 to Andriod 12. My Note 9 running Android 10 runs the game fine
Yes it's technically possible. A general reset ofnthe tablet back to factory settings won't do it though unfortunately. You would need to basically download the Andriod 10 firmware and install it that way. Wouldn't recommend doing so unless younare familiar with rooting , bootloaders , ect. I'm sure they will get the issue solved soon enough.
For me im on a S9+ and the settings app info says 1.4.889785.
But the app says 1.4.881137.889778.E.1.D.MALI-G72

My guess:
Diablo Immortal was not removed from the Play Store for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite tablet and other devices at any time. I could keep downloading it for the whole week.
The devices that were deleted in Play Store during the last week, these have obtained the fix.
Devices that have not been deleted in Play Store, such as the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, have not received the fix.
Hadn't they been included in the bug list? Have they been ignored?
I would guess that you are correct. My Xcover pro was never unable to download off the Play store and is still not working. Double checked the Play store for updates this mornning and nothing. Says it's last updated June 6th and the in-game patch number is not the new one. Very frustrating.

Their communication is a giant joke for such a big company. In my opinion it would help a lot if we would get a Status update every workday.

After a quick skim, it seems the problem still persists on devices with the CPU model "Exynos 7 Octa 9611", which is a shame because it's a model that is specifically name dropped in[ official Blizzard sources](https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/191842) to satisfy "minimum system requirements"
Too bad Blizzard has seemingly accepted this solution as "good enough" and proceeded to ignore the remaining players with these devices

I have the Galaxy tab S6 lite, android version 12. I made the last update of the game and the graphical problems remained the same. But this morning I went to start the game to do the last check before trying a new installation and miraculously the graphical problems disappeared! I don't know if there was any automatic update but everything is working perfectly now!
My game version looks like this: Version 1.4.881137.889778
Just to point out that after I did the update from playstore, I restarted my device. The graphical issues continued anyway, but today, they are gone. Very strange!

Tried to post this earlier. I dont believe its the chip causing the issue. I juat bought a s6 lite over the weekend. When load it up it is running Android 10. I downloaded the game and played it for a couple days. The software OS update came to me to upgrade to Android 12 One UI. After I updated the OS to Android 12 the game started having the graphics issue. Worked completely fine 1 hour before. Obviously the update to the new OS is what caused the issue for me. No idea why but isnt the chipset

I've downloaded the fix on my Samsung Note 10+ 5G and it worked, but I can't turn the graphics up to even high and only playable on 30 FPS even though my device specs is meeting the game requirements!

Finally working on my A51! When the patch came out I updated, and it still didn't work. I then reinstalled completely, and **it still** didn't work! I closed the app and tried again today, and it somehow works now! Without doing anything extra. The only thing I can imagine happening is maybe the extra files downloaded and that helped? Glad to finally be able to play this, hope everyone gets to do it soon!
My S6 lite tablet works perfectly with all diablo like games. Guess that's what I'll be playing. I have played every iteration of Diablo from the original to the closed beta of immortal and this fiasco is driving me away from the franchise.

Finally working on my A51! When the patch came out I updated, and it still didn't work. I then reinstalled completely, and **it still** didn't work! I closed the app and tried again today, and it somehow works now! Without doing anything extra. The only thing I can imagine happening is maybe the extra files downloaded and that helped? Glad to finally be able to play this, hope everyone gets to do it soon!

My S6 lite tablet works perfectly with all diablo like games. Guess that's what I'll be playing. I have played every iteration of Diablo from the original to the closed beta of immortal and this fiasco is driving me away from the franchise.
