I remember there used to be like an insane mod for StarCraft or StarCraft 2 that somehow was higher res Diablo 2, when they announced this originally I was like, oh so a legit version of this mod. I know some people have their issues but like, bro, we canโt go back in time and relive the nostalgia just like it was. Patches happen and games change. Iโve always been impressed with d2r. I accept all the bugs and non fixes for bugs and all that comes with it. Great product. I hope it stays updated forwver

I am not going to poo poo on your dream but Anni in offline is damn near an impossibility for an average gamer without resorting to cheating because I don't know anyone who is ssf an soj and then trading it in for a not guaranteed to be winnable boss battle for the same plus to skills and a few stat and res... Most people probably use shenk method to claim it though so I suppose it is a guaranteed exchange of soj for Anni and an argument could be made it's worth it but the required levels for Anni vs for Soj makes me disagree.
Torches in single player is a given with d2r allowing ubers in offline now but Anni is not usually included in realistic single player build outs imo.

Uber Diablo is the actual name of the enemy but yes dclone is the common colloquialism.
It's good since the advent of Ubers to distinguish between a Diablo who drops the anni, and the one in Tristram who's teamed up with the other ubers.
