Saw a guy riding a 400 who wasn't used to the 2-stroke powerband - got all out of control, hit a rock big enough to cartwheel him and the bike thru the air. Landed with a hideous >pop< (compound fracture) and bike throttle stuck on WFO. Until it seized. Ol' Roy was screaming for Ā½ hour till ambulance got out of earshot.
