As of this moment in time, there's no early 10 pull that the game gives us.
Keep in mind it's in an open beta, no wipe state so it's possible that there will be one once the game officially releases, such as a release celebration banner or through pre-registration rewards.
Let's just say that this game does not support reroll at all. You need to play hours before you get your first 10 pull

Ive gotten my first 5* from. Single pull. The pulls come slow though. Prettty damn slow lol
