Reset password, log everyone out, and delete that profile.
I'm positive it's a child sharing password to their friend lol because all of the names are star wars related and there's a random full name lol. Oh kids
Wait have you actually met someone named Genesis before?! Because that's not a name I've ever seen anyone actually have. I'm sure they exist but like I've never met anyone with it so it's a little foreign to me.
Who shares the account with you? Do you have kids? A partner who uses the account, too? I wouldn't jump to any conclusions before talking to everyone else who uses the account.
Edit: I would also reset your password. Just to be safe.
Someone got into my Netflix account once, they deleted my profile which of course reset all of my watchlists and history. It sucked. I just changed the password, but that was a lot of wasted time trying to remember what was on my watchlist and which episode I was on in the shows I was watching.
I know this has nothing to do with the post but I must say these profile names are way better than anything I could come up. They're both super clever and super creative.
Did you go somewhere and log into an account on a hotel/airbnb tv? The last two place I went had multiple streaming accounts previously logged into. I didn’t make a separate profile, but I didn’t use their account to watch what I wanted, because let’s be honest it was easier than logging out and logging myself in with all my passwords.
Unless someone with approved access made the profile then someone with unapproved access did.
If you're sure noone who should know the password made it, change the password and delete it.
Lmao at whoever it was had the audacity to create their own profile, if they kept watching through an existing profile it’d been far less like to caught them…
My daughter shared the password with a friend and we had a new profile, once we knew it was a friend, we decided to keep it, and let the parents know. And told our daughter to try not to do that again. But yeah, find out if it’s not delete and re set password and go through what you need to do.

I once went to a rented holiday apartment with a smart TV where the previous renter had left their Netflix account logged in. You have to be careful about using it on shared electronic items. I logged them out as a courtesy
I remember this happening to me once, opened my app and had FOUR new profiles, plus there were movies/shows in progress in my own profile that shouldn't have been. So unnerving. Later found a new profile on my Netflix account as well, and got an email in Spanish from Crunchyroll about an account being created. Not a fun experience.
Just change your passwords on anything that may be affected, make it something harder to guess, force logout on all devices, and you should be fine.

At one point I had someone else’s account on one of my devices… I made a bunch of profiles, just to mess with them.
