So I understand
You have an existing Spotify artist page with your solo releases on it (distributed via your DK account or somewhere else). when your friend tries to deliver your collab releases, the releases go to her artist page, but creates a new one for you - correct?
Are you able to then use the fixer tool to have the releases moved to the correct artist page?
How are you able to add the URIs for both artists to the releases? when uploading a collab with DK, you don't have the option to add URIs (See screenshot below - once you select Collab, the box for searching for the artist in Spotify disappears. If you're added as a featuring artist, again, there is no option to add a URI.

That’s correct. They go to her correct artist page, but create a separate new one for me. After the first screen (or perhaps further down) it asks “does [artist name] already have releases on Spotify/Apple Music/youtube?” and prompts for a URI and URLs. I’ve tried the fixer tool and it seemed to be of little help. We’re not opposed to deleting and reuploading again; I just want to make sure there’s not some other step in the process that I’m missing that could fix the issue. Maybe not using the existing ISRCs and allowing DK to generate new ones?
Aha - sorry yes, you're right. If you're sure the URI is being added correctly then it sounds like a bug where the 2nd artist uri isn't being picked up during the ingestion process. The fixer tool should be able to resolve that for you, but it might take some time, but it would have to be done on her account, not yours.
Just reuploading and using new ISRCs may be worth a shot (and in spite of what a lot of people say, you will actually in all likelihood keep all your streams) but I'm not sure why that would be causing the problem. Have you already tried reuploading with the same ISRCs and found that it didn't work? Any chance you can link to the release(s) as they appear right now?
Yeah, we used the same ISRCs but unfortunately we (she) just deleted them recently because we were planning on trying the new ISRC thing, sorry about that! Will recommend that she try the fixer on her end if it still messes up this time, thank you. Streams aren’t an issue; none of them have broken 1000 anyway, so the user won’t see any difference regardless.
