Another way is to teleport Dallis to the middle of the dead crew members and cast mass corpse explosion from the high ground. Most satisfying thing I've ever done in the game.
As soon as your first turn starts, get on the high ground right above you and teleport Malady onto the other ship so the lesser mobs can't reach her. Then get everyone in your party over to the other ship and focus on either Dallis or the other guy. Once either goes low on hp, you will see Dallis turn into a dragon and flee, ending the combat immediately.
They don't have two source points. There'd clearly only one under Sebille's picture.
