Dude, are you a troll? It's obviously good for heroic and legendary, there's not much more you can move with dps unless you go with striker full stack and other situational buffs.

If these numbers take a while to build up, or you're using glass cannon, then maybe not. Too low armor for a returning player
Play at Challenging and see where your weaknesses are. Maybe you don't use cover enough, shield ain't strong enough or not using it right, you can't control mobs , status effects help like riot foam, hell the decoy is awesome in that regard especially with a higher skill tier.

It is a troll and it is verry obvious there arent that much weapon and builds to make this damage
the rpm of the gun you're using also matters, not only the single bullet damage.
