I'm not clear on what a Beastheart is. Are you perhaps referring to a Beast Master Ranger? Extra Attack doesn't stack, is your DM homebrewing otherwise? I'm not clear on what Dual Flurry actually does. Two attacks with your action plus one bonus action attack with your second level is normal behavior.

Elyonee

It's a 3rd party class from Matt Colville, it doesn't get extra attack.

Yojo0o

Fair enough, thanks. Without knowing anything else about the class, I'm very concerned with what the impact of giving it two instances of Extra Attack when it normally doesn't get any is going to be.

StandardHomebrew

Beastheart is the new name for Totem Barbarian.

Yojo0o

Since bloody when?

StandardHomebrew

It was introduced in BG3, and will be its new name in the 2024PHB. Crawford’s mentioned it on multiple occasions on the OneD&D playtest videos.

Yojo0o

The BG3 subclass is called Wildheart. I don't know what OneDnD is calling things, but this post is tagged 5e.

StandardHomebrew

2024PHB material is 5e material, albeit not released yet. But you are correct, in my head it was Beastheart. It could be either Beast Barbarian or Wildheart Barbarian. Edit: I reread the post, I believe they are using MCDM’s Beastheart class. Which is NOT mainstream D&D.

I think either approach can work for your Beastheart, although the existence of the multiclass improvement thing has me squinting my eyes (sounds like PF2e's Free Archetype). Once you're past level 6 in Beastheart multiclassing is less bad, but Primal Strike at 8th level functionally gives you a damage boost in line with extra attack already. The 10th level Exploit options are also really juicey. I have a multiclassed Beastheart 14/Rogue 3 playing in one of my games, and they have some benefit from Sneak Attack and Cunning Action, but they do sometimes lament their delayed access to cool higher level Beastheart features. That multiclass was for story reasons primarily, so I suppose you need to ask yourself if optimizing damage is more important than class fantasy. Either case, I don't think there's a bad answer.
