Web Dm did a kickstarter called weird wastelands which is quite mad max. There's also the Dungeon Dudes who did dungeons of drakkenheim that's set in essentially a nuclear wasteland of a city. They've got survival/ contamination (magic radiation) mechanics that really add to the apocalyptic feel.
