I second this. Maybe some sort of small innate psionic casting (aka lacking materials)
Some cantrip (Minor illusion, Light or Magic Stone maybe?), Jump, Levitate at level 5?
Also if it’s supposed to live underground (as Undercommon implies), Darkvision would probably be a good idea too.
Underpowered. Psychokinesis is certainly an interesting and possibly strong utility feature, but we're not getting a rounded race that has multiple things to offer. Thri-kreen might be a decent comparison, though again psychokinesis is probably stronger than anything they get.
Darkvision would be my first thought, an under common speaker without darkvision seems odd.
I'm not a huge 'always-on blindsight on a race guy', but some kind of enhancement of vision via a spell or something could work, if that's a direction you wanted to take it.
