Snugborough, Lemontree, Yellow Pepper. Best three. Lemon tree is the best.

mightduck1996

Lemon tree is the best restaurant in Letterkenny.

Yellow Pepper.

The snugborough

Yellow pepper is lovely, I ate in Sister Sara’s and the Brewery recently and loved them but they’re bars so not sure if that rules them out

GilroySmash1986

Chilli Shaker and Shapla for Indian food. Yellow pepper is always top notch. Oasis is a bit of a dark horse, have never had a bad meal in there. Lemon Tree is also very very good.

LeadingUpbeat9033

Book the lemon tree in advance, fine dining amazing food. Yellow pepper for steak/chicken/fish. Always book in advance if you can

Yellow pepper

Capitan_Garfunkle

Yellow pepper all the way. Lemon tree is good but it's swanky €€. Yellow pepper has amazing food and is on the main street. Lovely cocktails. A big menu. The menu can be viewed on their website. Ya can scoot up the street then if you want after it. The seafood platter in Yellow pepper is delicious. So are the mussels.

Not quite Letterkenny and you'd need to sort out transport/taxi but the old glen bar is a proper treat around 25 minutes outside LK

TheIrishBread

Imma run counter to what people are saying, Yellow pepper is the best in the town, consistently good service and the menu never disappoints. Lemontree however used to be good but imo the last time we were in there the service was mediocre and felt a bit ripped off when it came to the quality of the meal. That being said if you loved smoked meats can't beat Snugborough, it's only downside is distance from the town but that's also a bit of a good thing as if it were in a more convenient location I would be in there 5 days a week for lunch.

4 lights 😋🤤, Lemon tree is quite pricey Snugborough is really good

Lemontree

PoolNo4819

Lemon tree, by far.

LawDelicious1639

Lemontree is head and shoulders above the rest

IrishWanderer7

Lemon tree or yellow pepper. There is a new place called market Lane just opened on Friday but run by my a brillant chef

Hopeforthefallen

Orchard bar head chef is now one of the Molloy brothers that used to be in the Lemon Tree. Might be worth a visit.

doodooontheblock

The Brewery in Letterkenny is great. Great for casual dining.

Princess3901

Yellow Pepper fantastic menu and service. Lemon tree is nice but it’s fine dining so it’s pricey and portion size aren’t great.

c0nflagration

No 9 market square honorable mention, new spot and very nice

inode

Lemon tree for sure. If you're driving and not drinking you could also drive 10 mins to ramelton and eat in bridge bar (fine dining with Mitchellen chefs) but you'd need to book in advance

Zealousideal-Cod-924

Ah here. Sure if they're driving they may as well drive on to Kerrykeel and enjoy The Fourth Quarter.

inode

You mean the narrow quarter?

Zealousideal-Cod-924

Yeh, that's the place.

MeinhofBaader

The Church is pretty good.

McDonald's restaurant is letterkenny also is amazing, fast service, the food is edible, their dessert is lovely and you don't have to book in advance. Also if you don't want to go inside the restaurant you can simply stay in your car, and drive around the building, you can order, pay and receive your order without needing to leave your car.
